Wonderful resort to recharge.

We from the UK , we had a lovely family time . We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the baking treats at breakfast. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Definitely will be coming again with my grandkids.

Fantastic stay, short though..we arrived very late in the night but received good support during thre late hours from reception.Very friendly staff.Most important we had a comfortable sleep after a long drive.Definitely a must visit again.

Disappointing service with the club house staff basically non-existent. They forgot my order 3 times and when we asked if it could be put to the front of the queue they said no So I didn't eat.
Signage is terrible and if it's your first time there, you're going to get lost and its going to be frustrating.
Rooms however are clean and comfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit dated, such as still using keys not cards, Wi-Fi is patchy and no reliable.
The beach is great and enough room even when the resort is packed.

Looks dated as you drive up due to the favoured colour from 20 years ago. The room had been modernised and was very comfortable.

Pleasant holiday in cozy hotel with private beach and other amenties. Enjoyable family get away...superb breakfast and scenic lagoon and pool view from our room with a small balcony.

Clean modern room but overall condition of resort needs improvement. Air conditioning did not work. We were offered another room but air conditioning did not work there either. Maintenance man finally went to roof to fix the problem. Took way too long to resolve this issue. Food at the restaurant also needs improvement.

Was an awesome trip. Hotel was clean. All Covid 19 regulations were adhered to. Food was divine. Quiet and peaceful. Cannot wait to go back.

Had a great weekend. The establishment is gorgeous, staff members are friendly and very helpful. The private beach was just a bonus to the entire experience. We loved everything about this place.

Understaffed, no brochure of facilities or map given at check-in, no instructions on how to work in room safe, food disappointing (too many options - a few well prepared items would be much better - as far as I could tell this is the only dining place in the area), dining and bar area sterile and uninspiring (opted for room service the second night), rooms small but clean and newly renovated, beds too hard

we celebrated our 11 years wedding anniversary had an amazing time. Service was hassle free and staff very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful, the only problem was the cold water, no bath tub, staff not too friendly and the breakfast was limiting

I wished I could extend my stay if it wasnt due to some commitments. The place is excellent for a refreshing holiday as a couple. What needs to be improved in terms of service is quality check of the room before check-in by the customer. This is to avoid inviting the handyman to fix some items in the room during the customer stay.

Had a present stay here.
Pool was nice but too cold to swim in. The setting is beautiful but quite an old estate and could do with some outside renovations.
Our room was renovated with a lovely bath!

Would not recommend the restaurant at the hotel, go somewhere else for dinner!!!
Food was very over priced and no care put into the dishes. Lamb shank was very dry and over cooked.

All in all an average stay. Nothing very special about this place.

We booked and paid for a deluxe room (which includes a balcony and bathtub), however on arrival we were given a smaller room with no balcony.
