The location was really poor. The amount of drug addicts and drunks sleeping and fighting outside was really unpleasant for the family

Que fos en un barri tranquil i davant d'una avinguda. L'habitació tenia un petit balcó per sortir a prendre l'aire. No era gaire lluny del centre. L'atenció de la recepció va ser molt bona i atenta.
El preu és elevat per a una nit, 376 euros, i no inclou esmorzar que es cobra a part.

La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona no del todo céntrica pero que si que permite llegar a los principales puntos de la ciudad cómodamente. El desayuno correcto, pero nada más.
Nunca en mi vida he tenido peor experiencia con la limpieza de un hotel. Al llegar, la habitación olía a vómito y la pared del baño estaba salpicada de manchas de color sospechoso. Nos quejamos educadamente en recepción y nos dijeron que harían una limpieza intensiva. Al volver a la habitación, aunque el olor no había desaparecido del todo si que había disminuido, pero ninguna de las manchas del baño habían sido limpiadas y tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros con pañuelos de papel (se quitaron con facilidad, es decir, ni siquiera habían limpiado). Al día siguiente las toallas "nuevas" que nos dejaron estaban manchadas de un color rojo y tenían plásticos pegados. Al tercer día no nos repusieron el papel higiénico. Estas experiencias distintas, me hacen ver que nuestra experiencia en el hotel no es un caso aislado, sino que es un problema sistémico de limpieza e higiene del hotel. Así que si te estás planteando venir a este hotel y te importa aunque sea un mínimo la limpieza, yo sinceramente lo descartaría, no creo que estos problemas los hayan resuelto de aquí a unos meses o años. Por último, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad del hotel.

Mi è piaciuto tutto tranne la zona in cui è posizionato l'hotel. La posizione sarebbe buona ma la zona è un po' degradata. Piena di elementi poco raccomandabili anche la mattina presto.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff
I loved the location it was only 2 luas stops from o'connell st or a lovely 15 minute walk. the hotel was spotless rooms spacious staff were lovely and helpful.
I have to say I was quite surprised that on arrival was asked for a security deposit of 300 euros. I would have appreciated if it had been mentioned when I made the booking. I also did not like that they did not have any parking on site but overall enjoyed my short stay.

Es war sauber.
Zimmern ohne Klimaanlage (extrem warm in den Zimmern), Restaurant hatte knapp nur die Hälfte der Menüangebote, ich hatte Late Check out gebucht und Voraus bezahlt gehabt aber beim Checkout Tag haben sie meine Schlüssel mit der normalen Checkout Zeit gesperrt. Das Zimmer hatte einen strengen Duft war zum Niessen führte, teilweise roch die Toilette nach Urin.

Scrambled eggs all black/grey underneath. Ier had to try and take pieces of egg from the top.
One woman said as she waited for fried eggs." You are lucky, the better chef is on today"
Location was good and reception staff friendly and helpful.
Room dirty. Some surfaces were visibly dirty and sticky and had to be avoided. Bathroom shower pressure very poor. General decor very tired.
