Pros:

La piscina es muy pequeña pero resto de servicios del hotel están fenomenal. EL personal tanto de recepción como de restauración muy amables.

Cons:

Servicio de bar -restaurante fuera del menú no está disponible cuando están sirviendo comidas a los que han optado por media pensión o desayuno. Lo que obliga a tener que irte fuera del hotel para tomar algo, aunque el desayuno te dejan bajar excepcionalmente a tomar algo. Convendría más personal para que pudieran servir de forma simultánea para los huéspedes que no han optado por el servicio de restauración.

Las instalaciones y el trato a los clientes

Cons:

Habían unas cuentas hormigas en la habitación en la zona del mini bar en el suelo, lo comunicamos y enseguida subieron a arreglárnoslo y limpiárnoslo

Todo estaba bien y el personal de recepcion muy amables y en todo momento y el desayuno habia mucha variedad y de buena calidad todo y el personal super atento y muy agradables y la habitacion muy bonita y cama y almohadas muy comodas y todo muy limpio , un hotel que volvere seguro a disfrutar del hotel y de granada .

No puedo tener ninguna queja ,estuve de domingo a miercoles y me hubiera quedado mas dias .
