Debido a la falta de información en la habitación tuve que ir a recepción varias veces para aprender de los servicios del hotel. Me han tratado con cortesía y paciencia y han subido para explicar como funciona el televisor y ayudarme localizar el área relevante al hotel.. y la maquina de café también. Estaba muy contento de la actitud de la personal. También la acogida calurosa de la personal del los dos bares y el restaurante.

Cons:

No había información en la habitación, ni un folleto informativo. Tuve que ir a recepción para aprender de los servicios del hotel.

Una settimana meravigliosa
Pros:

Ho trascorso 7 notti in una camera matrimoniale al 6 piano per un viaggio di lavoro. L'hotel ha decisamente superato le aspettative. Camera silenziosa, spaziosa, pulitissima, letto e cuscini comodi,. Spazioso ed impeccabile anche il bagno, finestrato. Colazione ottima, sia per il dolce che per il salato. Piscina e solarium sul tetto molto apprezzabile a metà giugno. La posizione può sembrare defilata, ma invece è comodissima al centro e a tutti i luoghi di interesse sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Consiglio!

Il wifi sarebbe da migliorare, spesso era veramente troppo lento per poter lavorare dal pc.

Se supone que podíamos entrar a las 15:00 (lo cual sorprende cuando has de hacer check out a las 12:00), pero bueno, el tema es que a las 17:00 cuando llegamos a la habitación, sorpresa, la puerta estaba abierta y aún no podíamos entrar porque la estaban acabando de limpiar. Tuvimos que esperar un rato en la puerta a que la acabaran. Sorprende cuando reservas un hotel de esta categoría…
