So bad we didnt even stay. Saw the room, saw the bugs and the condition of the room and checked out

There were roaches and bugs in the room. The beds had hair on the sheets. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted in years, the bathroom looked like it had mold in the grout joints. Terrible

Invest in updated amenities, spruce up external and it'll be fine.
Pros:

I like the location, very discreet, was quiet and I rested well.

Cons:

Unfortunately the facility needs a total overhaul to compete with other local hotels, as well as attract new business.

I had ants Ina bathroom the shower water was going all over the floor mirror & toilet the beds one was high & the other was low with a big dip in the mattress & the tv only had 3 channels & I was told it was nothing thy could do about it
