Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays.

Pros:

Понравилось место расположение, в номере достаточно пространства, хорошо оборудована кухня, было все что нужно. Сотрудница стойки регистрации постаралась помочь и решить наши проблемы, пустила в номер,не смотря на то, что у нее не было свединий о нашем прибытии и оплате.

Cons:

Не очень удобная кровать, Постельное белье и полотенца, мы ждали долго, и принесли их в разное время. Наверно это не проблема отеля, потому что, сайт не сообщил им о нашем прибытии и о прошедшей оплате. Нам пришлось это доказывать, самим.

Weekend ski en famille
Pros:

Appartement très simple mais qui suffit pour un séjour ski = il y a tout le nécessaire et c'est assez bien agencé.
Service linge de lit + toilette + ménage de sortie parfait pour ne pas s'encombrer.
Personnel très agréable.
Piscine et Sauna après une journée de ski = c'est top!

Cons:

Plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnaient pas bien
Canapé lit peu confortable et qui est en fait 2 matelas qui ne sont pas sur le même niveau (pas top pour le couchage parental)
L'appartement et la résidence sont un peu dans leur "jus" un petit rafraichissement serait bienvenu.

Appartement propre, agréable, bien situé

Cons:

Sur le site il est noté appartement disponible à partir de 15h, mais la permanence n'ouvre qu à 17h.
Il manquait le cable d'antenne de la télévision
Une poele non utilisable (nettoyage)

Je remercie la réceptionniste pour son accueil chaleureux et exceptionnel. Elle s’est montrée très attentive à nos besoins ( accueil d’une personne à mobilité réduite). Sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme ont compensé le logement plus que minimaliste

Cons:

L’appartement propose très peu de confort et manque largement de décoration. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, aucune décoration, pas un tableau au mur, éclairage faible, pas une lampe. Même pas une cafetière. Manque de convivialité….
