It was the perfect location and the room was very comfortable.
Pros:

The Beach Retreat’s appearance is very inviting and it’s location to the beach, cafes & restaurant’s is so close that you don’t need to drive anywhere.

Cons:

The shower/bath was very difficult to get into. Wouldn’t suit anyone elderly. Needs renovating.

Perfect base if wanting a quiet beach holiday

Pros:

Great location and the bed was comfortable - nice pool- this is where it ends

Cons:

Poorly maintained - rust in bathroom area and at the bottom of the fridge, hole in the wall behind front door, no screen door to balcony so bugs are a nuisance.
Poor cleanliness - there was an old bit of chocolate stuck to the floor in front of the fridge, the floor was not clean and the entrance to the room was dirty.
Very very strong smell of mould/damp that did not leave.
Stains on the 2 chairs - not keen to sit on - tv is to low to watch in bed if u wanted to.
Absolutely not worth a 4 Star rating or the amount we paid (over $250 per night)
