I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.



I have been a regular customer and have always appreciated the service and comfort provided in the past. However, during this stay, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room that was offered to me. The floor was dirty, and the room had a strong mouldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.



On the same day, I tried calling the office to request a room change, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. As a result, the issue could not be resolved during my stay.



As a loyal customer, I did not expect this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure better standards and communication in the future.

Not happy with poor carpark facility! Room was clean and spacious. But won’t go there again.

Cons:

No carpark available by the time I arrived. This was not clarified at the time of the booking. I had to park on a street 10 min away. After a long day of work that was the last thing I wanted. So not happy with the carpark facility. I understand it was a busy period around christmas holidays but how can you justify not providing carpark to your customers who pay $400+ for a night!!
