Short stay comfortable
Pros:

Great staff, great location, parking was fine for me as I was early and didn't dare move my car this is an issue amongst guests and residents there are no delegated parking for each room so its causing a problem.
Bed was comfortable. Reasonably priced so can't complain.

Cons:

Parking limitations was adamant.
No way to reheat food understand not cooking but a microwave would have been a plus.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel.



I have been a regular customer and have always appreciated the service and comfort provided in the past. However, during this stay, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the room that was offered to me. The floor was dirty, and the room had a strong mouldy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.



On the same day, I tried calling the office to request a room change, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. As a result, the issue could not be resolved during my stay.



As a loyal customer, I did not expect this experience and wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure better standards and communication in the future.
