Cons:

Noisy with street noise cars driving up and down. People in other apartments noisy and no one on site to ensure guests were adhering to noise reduction after 9pm

Perfect location and beautiful accommodation. Not suitable for someone who has trouble with stairs
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to both Noosa junction and Hastings St. The apartment itself was really spacious and clean, and the pool area was lovely.

Cons:

My only teeny tiny gripe was that we were expected to bring the bins out upon leaving, obviously not a huge deal at all but considering this was not an AirBnb or someone’s rented home where I would obviously bring out the rubbish (i.e.; they have cleaners onsite) I thought this was a bit strange!

Relax in Noosa
Pros:

Spacious, well appointed apartment. East access via lift from garage to apartment level. Brilliant pool.

Cons:

Our apartment would have benefitted from having a bbq. A gym would be an idea.

I have stayed here 2 times before as we loved it, this was my third time and it was disappointing.

The apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived. There was hair everywhere, toenails in the bathroom, hair in the shower, floors were filthy.

Fabulous stay! The Rise is highly recommend.
Pros:

Lovely presented property. We had everything we needed. The location is really great. Far enough away from crazy busyness of Hastings St and not too far to walk to beach, shops and National Park. A spectacular view, very peaceful and relaxing, and gorgeous gardens. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked.

Cons:

Showers/bathrooms could do with a deep clean.

We enjoyed our stay regardless of the 'didn't like' comments. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The great location. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony. Really nice to have an outdoor courtyard space to all the bedrooms. The spa bath in the ensuite was small but a bonus.

Cons:

The lighting to the outdoor stairs weren't working on our second night stay and we felt unsafe at night negotiating the stairs with no lights. The apartment wasn't very clean. We reported the issues to reception, and they were very obliging.
The second bathroom was very dark. The toilet being right next to the kitchen!! How bizarre!!

Pleasant stay for Christmas but requires some tlc.
Pros:

The location. The size of the apartment. The surroundings. The pool. The view.

Cons:

One nastily stained towel was an unpleasant surprise. Room towels otherwise very basic and limited in number. Apartment looking tired and in need of some basic tlc. Unable to read temperatures on oven where cooked the Christmas turkey.
