Perfect Gold Coast stay

Location. Good facilities. Very comfortable unit. Well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet place.

Pros:

Had a nice kitchen, bed was really comfortable, good location, close to beach and beach view.

Cons:

Could have been cleaned better. We made notes and took photos because didn't want to be blamed for things.
Bins were dirty under plastic bin bags. Shower frames were stained black in some areas, marks which needed some scrubbing. Had to get a toilet brush replaced it was broken and rusted. Stain on bedroom carpet. Needs a bit of a freshen up,fresh paint and marks on walls.
