Lovely stay at Surf Regency.
Pros:

Fantastic views, situated close to amenities.

Cons:

Only 3 cups for coffee and we were 4 guests.

The vicinity to the beach and to the heart of Surfers Paradise. Parking included. Outlook from loungeroom. Clean apartment. The teen kids liked the bidet toilet.

Overpriced run-down tired property that is not clean and rooms poorly maintained.
Pros:

The location is the only thing this place has going for it.

Cons:

Room is old and tired. Not worth the money especially compared to other properties. Beds sag, Pillows terrible. Rubbish next to vanity in ensuite. Shower curtain mouldy. Zip tap not connected. Tap in main bathroom sink loose and moves. Felt disgusting. Dishwasher still had plates in it on arrival. The carpet in the corridors smell of dogs being present. Dont bother.

False Advertisement and unfriendly staff
Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to what all is needed for holiday commute. Public transport, variety of restaurants, grocery supermarkets, bar and cafes, church and beach is right there

Cons:

We booked for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The online pics were nothing to the reality. Room, facilities and building was rundown, I had to sweep sand out upon check in, our dryer came out on one side and was hanging giving our family with kids unsafe and impact our time there. We were lied to on their compensation. The key was sometimes not easy to use at the pool gate and they were stinchy with the amenities. The amount paid for 8 nights was expensive compared to other apartments we stayed at.
