Location and size of the room was fantastic.

Cons:

Would have been helpful to have extra rubbish bags in the room, and possibly blinds in the lounge as was very bright.o

Had a nice kitchen, bed was really comfortable, good location, close to beach and beach view.

Cons:

Could have been cleaned better. We made notes and took photos because didn't want to be blamed for things.
Bins were dirty under plastic bin bags. Shower frames were stained black in some areas, marks which needed some scrubbing. Had to get a toilet brush replaced it was broken and rusted. Stain on bedroom carpet. Needs a bit of a freshen up,fresh paint and marks on walls.

Room was beautiful and clean..looked to be recently renovated.Absolutey beautiful ocean view from the balcony.

Some of the building was a little rundown especially the rooftop area but that didn't really worry us .

Pros:

Location was good however, The apartments did not meet the listing description at all.

Cons:

The room was dirty upon arrival, every utensil had been used and unwashed as were the cups. There was backsplash from previous guests cooking that had not been cleaned up (mind you we did not even use the stove once so it was not our mess). There was only aircon in the living room. The mattress was falling apart, with a foam topper to hide the mattress. The shower head was also taped together, so when you turned the shower on all water spurted out from where it most definitely shouldn’t. In this bathroom as well only one light worked. Ridiculously overpriced for these issues. Reached out to Booking.com to rectify the issue and all that could be arranged was 50$, despite us paying for 3 nights.

Pros:

The best view with a large balcony on the 14th floor. It was really nice.. value for money, everything is closed by. The lady was really nice to give us the best room.

Cons:

Just one tiny thing that the bedroom doesn't have AC but the AC in the living room was nice. We didn't need AC most of the time, there was a ceiling fan and we just opened the door

We have excellent time. Manager Michelle was very nice and very helpfull. Great view and beautifull pool. All was convinient. I rally recomend !!!! Thank you for great time we spent there!!!

Pros:

What a great little gem. Must have had renovations as was all fresh & clean as well as new furniture.
Sensational view & located in the heart of Surfers Paradise without the overinflated cost of accomidation in this area.
We will be back!

Cons:

Can be a little brighter & louder than other locations as you would expect being in Surfers Paradise but wasn't too bad.
