Relaxing, friendly and in a superb location
Pros:

Loved the location and apartment. We stayed in the East Tower for the first night but the builders next door started at 6.30am but you were superb in offering us an alternative apartment for the remainder of the stay

Cons:

Nothing to speak off, excellent resort

Perfect for a family of 5 holiday!
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at Xanadu, the staff are accommodating and welcoming. The apartment we were in was spacious for a family of 5 and set out so well, it had everything we needed. It was so handy having two pools too (indoor and outdoor) for the kids. We will definitely be back! A beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

Nothing, we were pleased and impressed with everything.

Pros:

We had a fantastic view of the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay and couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Wonderful accommodation with a stunning view and would 100% return!
Pros:

The location was perfect, beautiful but not chaotic like Surfers Paradise.
The view from our room was amazing and the apartment was clean and modern.
Our hosts also provided a welcome pack which was a lovely thoughtful surprise.

There really wasn’t anything to fault

Mattress was very bouncy with partner disturbance. Lounge:/couch needs upgrading as cushions have collapsed

It was very good.
Pros:

All of the above. The view was superb. It is close to restaurants and the beach. The fitout and public areas are good.

Cons:

Security is good but sometimes it slowed us down. Just a matter of getting used to it. At least once the Uber was on the wrong side and they expect street names. Not really the buildings fault but they need to sort where reception is.

Relaxing, great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We were after a relaxing coastal weekend and we got it, nice and quiet compared to Surfers, nice beach and relaxing location. The freebies in the room were an unexpected surprise.

Pros:

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Views of the ocean from every window. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
Exceptional facilities with an indoor pool and sauna as well as an outdoor pool and BBQ facilities. 11/10.

Pros:

The size, comfort and location exceeded all of our expectations. The 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous, spacious with magnificent views of the ocean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were significant building and road works going on - upgrades to the highrise next door during the day, 6 days a week, and road works day and night during the week.

Swimming Pools, Sunrise, Serenity.
Pros:

Gorgeous ocean view and an easy few minutes walk to the beach across the road. Both indoor and outdoor pools and spas were incredible. The gym was good too. Our apartment #23 was huge! A completely relaxing time away. We also had easy undercover car parking which was great.

We were greeted with a variety of drinks for my birthday - That was nice. My (adult) kids took a few and we left the rest for the cleaning crew to take :)

A less than 10 min walk along the beach to the Southport SLSC for dinner (very hot - no aircon - and very packed at SLSC) Food was yummy though :)

Cons:

Took a few goes to figure out that we had to hold the gas button down for a while to keep the flame going before we could cook anything on the stove top. We're not use to gas (electric people lol)

海の見える部屋がお勧めです。
Pros:

海に面したガラス窓が大きく、部屋から眺める朝日が素晴らしい。

Cons:

部屋のガラスやデッキのガラスがクリアーでなく、折角の景観を少し邪魔しているのが残念。ビーチ用のタオルも置いておいて欲しかった。
