Pros:

Hotel příjemný, bazén potěšil. Snídaně velice dobrá.

Cons:

V letních měsících pokoj na severní straně bez klimatizace je nevyhovující. Musíte mít otevřené okno a slyšíte hluk z parkoviště a silnice a sousední štěrkovny.

Superb Property and Staff

Cons:

Location in one way quite good - a bit up on the hill, so was nice and also good from the point that (I think) almost no Hotels in Gstaad have ACs, and now the European Summers are almost unbearably hot. So this being a bit up-hill really helped was mostly OK, and anyways they provided a fan for the room when we asked.
At the same time, a bit off from the main Gstaad street location means it is not walkable to the Gstaad Promenade, and has to be done via Cab, as the bus goes only hourly. And the Cabs in Gstaad are way too expensive - about CHF 35-45 one side to the Gstaad main street (Promenade), which is also next to the Gstaad station (HB).

Pros:

The hospitality of the employees was amazing and they were all super nice. Interior in the room is amazing and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast was super nice and broad variety with Omelette freshly made by cook. Great design and style in the whole hotel and car pick up from the train station. Food in the restaurant was great with lots of vegetarian choices as well. Nice spa area and very clean.

Cons:

The swimming pool could use an update and lots of flies everywhere.

Die lage des Hotels war top.

Cons:

Wir sind immer noch in der Schweiz im Berner Oberland,und fast niemand vom Personal hat Deutsch gesprochen.
Das Frühstück könnte in allen belangen besser sein.
Wo bleiben die Einheimischen Produkte und wieso wird alles nur minimal angeschieben.
Zum Beispiel, Käse 4 Sorten.
Und jetzt, was sind das für sorten. Das ist Entäuschend.

Sehr stylishes Hotel mit tollem Indoor-Pool und Restaurant mit Blick auf die Berge. Welcome-Drink vom freundlichen Personal beim Check-in offeriert.

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant ist genügend vorhanden, hat bei uns aber kaum nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas bestellen möchten. Ausserdem sollten Gäste aktiv auf die Gästekarte hingewiesen werden (kostenlose ÖV-Nutzung), was bei uns leider vergessen ging.
