Maar al met al blijft het een superverblijf: een fijne plek met top personeel waar we graag terugkom

We komen hier al 5 jaar en het blijft een hotel waar je je meteen thuis voelt. De bediening is altijd vriendelijk, er is genoeg te doen en de kamers zijn netjes verzorgd.

Cons:

we geven al 5 jaar aan dat we met de hond komen, maar er heeft nog nooit iets voor de hond op de kamer gestaan. Daarnaast kreeg bijna iedereen bij aankomst een prosecco, terwijl ons alleen wijn of bier werd aangeboden.

Awesome. A family hotel you can live in and enjoy the best of Gstaad.
Pros:

Room was excellent. Breakfast was great - lovely omlette's. Good Rib-eye in the restaurant and very good selection of wines for all price ranges. Great cocktails also.

Cons:

Only thing to improve a little was the arrival. It was raining and it was not practical to take caes and kids in the rain. A person on the door can easily resolve this.
