Magnifique, je conseillerais les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons

Le confort , l’ambiance, la deco, le luxe tout y était

Cons:

Le spa ouvert qu’à partir de 15h c’est dommage pour un séjour d’un jour nous n’avons pas pu en profiter

Staff was lovely
Suggest to train new staff properly before exposing them to guests as the one new staff member for each question given went and asked a colleague

Loved the terasse and the bar/lounge area

Breakfast room is very noisy
Pool area is crowded with loud children and the time for when children should leave the pool is not respected
Having noisy children everywhere (spa, pool, bar area, breakfast area) is the main and only reason I will not come back. One expects a peaceful stay when booking a spa hotel and with massive amount of children everywhere its impossible.
Parents / children then also used the parking area for the children's electric cars which creates massive noise for the rooms that has their balcony towards the parking area as the hard plastic wheels on the concrete makes a loud noise combined with the little car engine
Our room was 144 meaning you have to take the staff elevators to get to the room from the reception and each time we came down to the kitchen!! and that elevators smells of food!!

Pros:

La chambre, sa décoration. Avec des enfants, c'est un paradis.

Cons:

C'est bruyant. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un espace qui est encore bruyant et qui fait penser à une cafétéria.
