Pros:

Dominant la vallée, avec un joli jardin aménagé, c'est un endroit où on se relaxe.

Les collaborateurs sont très avenants, de l'accueil au personnel de ménage, toutes les personnes croisées sont avenantes et souriantes.

La chambre était charmante, coin "salon", joli balcon, le tout soigné.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

Le SPA est agréable, bonne taille de piscine et mention spéciale pour l'un des petits saunas avec vue externe.

L'accès au centre de Saanen à pied se fait aisément -
bien entendu cela monte au retour.

Cons:

Tout était bien.

Peut-être que la musique à l'étage accueil
est un peu trop forte/speed le matin et en journée - ce serait plus pour une ambiance de fin journée/soir.

Magnifique
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel avec une décoration très chic et originale. La chambre est grande, la salle de bain très fonctionnelle avec une belle douche italienne. Un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est énorme, très complet et avec des produits d’une excellente qualités

Hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen aufmerksame Service in allen Bereichen. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sofort zur Stelle, wenn Unterstützung benötigt wurde.

Das Abendessen und der Service waren hervorragend. Besonders positiv empfanden wir außerdem die große Kulanz des Hotels bei der späteren Abrechnung, nachdem uns bei der Auswahl ein Fehler unterlaufen war.

Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Diese wurden vom Hotel so ausgewählt, dass sie zusammen eine kleine Suite bildeten – mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und einer eigenen Terrasse.
Vom Hotel aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick in das Saanental sowie auf die Berge hinter Gstaad und Gsteig.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wurde in einem eigenen, Bereich mit großer Außenterrasse angeboten. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Saunen haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Besonders praktisch sind die kostenfrei nutzbare E-Ladesäule.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Lobby was extremely cozy and the view was great

Cons:

As it is pet friendly , the room had a bad smell. The glass in the bathroom and the door (form glass also) was full of salt from water. Although we mentioned to the cleaning lady to clean them she replied that she can not remove the spots

Une bonne adresse pour un séjour de détente et visiter cette belle région.

Son emplacement, sa piscine, son vaste lounge, et son accueil.

Cons:

Le service au restaurant. Le loup de mer servi pour de la lotte au restaurant, bien que gustativement très bon, le prix de revient n’étant pas le même, cet arrière goût d’être pris pour un pigeon est saumâtre.

Top quality stay by all means!
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel! Truly a home away from home - top amenities, great facilities, super food and all the staff were accommodating! Rooms amazing, breakfast even more so, and a great place for kids: playroom, kids club, kids spa and very friendly place to get lost in the alps.

Choose somewhere else if you don’t want to spend the whole night listening to the hotel making money…

Nice area. Hotel is still fresh.

Cons:

A nightclub right in the heart of the hotel building.

During check in we were explained that kids in the swimming pool is not allowed after 6pm because of possible noice. At the same time we were accommodated in the room above the nightclub.

I don’t know what was the point to give such room for family with kids when the big party is planned in the club. Moreover, the hotel market itself as a family property. As a result we were listening to the club music all the night.

The response from staff to our complaint was a simple “sorry”.
