La musique du DJ était trop forte, on entendait beaucoup les basses dans notre chambre qui était pourtant loin de l'accueil .

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, stilvollem Ambiente und sehr guter Küche.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Auch die stilvolle Innenarchitektur des Hotels sowie die hohe Qualität des Essens haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und bot eine tolle Auswahl.

Cons:

Schade fand ich lediglich, dass der Spa-Bereich erst am Nachmittag geöffnet war. Gerade am Morgen hätte ich den Wellnessbereich gerne genutzt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

The hotel is located on top of a hill just a 5 minute drive from Gstaad with excellent light/sun exposure. The staff made everything they could to accommodate our requests as well as the children's. On Saturday and Sunday the atmosphere at the lobby was excellent due to the live DJ. We plan to return a third time when we can. We highly recommend the hotel
