Sehr schönes Hotel, wunderschöne Aussicht, hervorragende Küche.
Pros:

Stilvoll modern eingerichtet, sehr schöner Ausblick, sehr gute Küche, genügend Parkplätz, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum wie auch im Spa viel zu laut, sehr viele Kinder, fast nur englischsprechendes Personal. Als Schweizer kommt man sich wie im Ausland vor!

-Essen war gut
-die Lage ist gut
-genug Parkplätze vorhanden

-Gläser im Zimmer dreckig
-Geschirr im Frühstücksraum dreckig
-Zimmer sehr staubig
-Wellnessbereich öffnet erst 15 Uhr, daher hoher Andrang und dafür viel zu klein. Platz bei Sauna und Dampfbad für ca 15 Personen.
-Personal schwierig. Eine Kellnerin überschüttete mich mit Getränken, klar ein Versehen, aber man ging damit um, als wäre das normal.
-Keine Linie! Als kleines Beispiel: 1. Tag kam mein Tee auf einem Tablett, 2. Tag kam mein Tee auf einem Tablett inkl. Sanduhr für die richtige Ziehzeit, 3. Tag kam mein Tee und ein Glas mlt Honig… immer der gleiche Tee und immer anders serviert.
-Beim Buchen wurde ich gefragt ob ich Fahrräder dazu buchen möchte, dies tat ich und vor Ort gab es keine. Diese seien noch nicht parat.
-da im Restaurant nicht viel Platz ist, wird das Essen auch in der Lobby/Barbereich serviert, hierzu sind die Sitzgelegenheiten nicht praktisch da die Tische zu niedrig sind für die Stühle
-Hotel sehr kühl
… könne noch ewig so weiter machen… leider!
