Party Urlaub mit Freunden
Pros:

Am Ballermann 1 gelegen läuft man ca eine viertel Stunde bis zum Mega Park und knapp 20 zum bierkönig. Preis Leistung war super. Hat voll ausgereicht Betten waren bequem und die Rezeption die ganze Nacht besetzt, so dass man auch immer kalte Getränke zu einem guten Preis kaufen kann. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Super, wenn man lediglich einen Partyurlaub plant.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war für mein empfinden genau richtig positioniert. Etwas weiter ab vom Schuss, aber immer noch alles gut Fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal dort ist sehr entspannt, wir konnten die Vormittage auf der Veranda verbringen, haben Musik angehabt und die Zeit dort genossen. Das Zimmer war sauber und es wurde vernünftig hergerichtet, wenn man das Banner an den Türgriff hängt.

Cons:

Die Nächte waren extrem laut, da die anderen Gäste die Türen derart zugeknallt haben, dass ein durchschlafen kaum möglich war. Die Gäste des Hotels haben in den Fluren einen so hohen Lautstärkepegel an den Tag gelegt, dass die hellhörigkeit der Wände deutlich zu spüren war. Unser Zimmer war über dem Speisesaal, sodass jedes Stuhlrücken quasi direkt neben einem passiert ist. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man die Nacht dort leider nicht verbringen. Die Betten waren für mein Empfinden nicht geeignet, das Kopfkissen und die Matratze waren sehr hart, obwohl ich selbst zuhause schon auf einer sehr harten Matratze schlafe.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt 👍🏿
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. Die Ausstattung war genügend und hat gereicht.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hellhörig. Für Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf eventuell ein Problem, mich hat es nicht gestört.

Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Für den Preis schon okay

Cons:

Einzige Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit im Hotel. Ohne genügend Alkohol im Körper stört es einen richtig. Geht die Klospülung , die Tür oder oder oder ... es ist alles durchs ganze Haus zu hören... das ist sehr unbefriedigend .... sonst ok

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Lage des Hotels. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Der Chef des Hotels war ein richtiger Schnuckel. So herzlich und lieb. Der Kaffee am Morgen um nur €2 hat mir den Tag versüßt. Immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel ❤️🙌😊

Leider war unser Aufenthalt vor allem durch schlechte Kommunikation geprägt. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche vorab wege

Gute Lage, einfache Ausstattung. Sauber.

Cons:

Schlechte Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Wenig Privatsphäre, da Balkone nur schlechten Sichtschutz haben. Sehr hellhörig.

Preisleistung ist aufjedenfal gerechtfertigt!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist für einen Partyurlaub perfekt.
Die Sauberkeit ist für uns völlig ausreichend gewesen.
Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut!

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig. (Ich empfehle Ohropax)
Außerhalb sollte man aufpassen das man nicht beklaut wird, ist der Lage geschuldet.
