Traumhaftes Hotel in allerbester Lage. Wunderschöne Parkanlagehinten und vorne direkter privater Zugang zum Meer.Personal von ausgesuchter Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft. Gutes Frühstück, tolle Bars.Einfach ein Traum!

Great place to relax, very peaceful and fantastic views.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Gardens are beautiful. Private swimming area in the ocean a bonus

Cons:

The food didn’t live up to the expectations. Restaurant was not great under by the ocean for the money you pay. Better eating in Sorrento town.

Top views at the wonderful Giò Ponti 5 stars in Sorrento

Location, park, architecture Giò Ponti, views, rooms all top !!

Cons:

Some parts of the service do not follow the 5 star standards eg breakfast room ( more busy with chatting with each other than with the guests) and room service ( not very polite answering)
While others were outstanding like reception and maintenance, lunch at the beach and dinner
Doing big works on 3rd floor just in front of my room was not really appreciated
How can one organize a full refurbishment of a room in full season ? Disturbing all guests of the fully booked floor …
All kitchen was disappointing breakfast buffet, lunch at the beach, and buffet formula of a so called bistronomique dinner

Destaco a Marianna la encargada de las relaciones públicas del hotel, siempre dispuesta, dándonos consejos sobre la estadía . Muy limpio , muy buen desayuno , una habitación increíble, un detalle y consideración que tuvieron fue darnos el desayuno el día que llegamos porque era muy temprano y aún no estaba disponible la habitación. Un 10 todo

A nice hotel, with an excellent employee
Pros:

The hotel is a classic designed by Gio Ponti, the famous Italian architect. It has great natural light, especially in the rooms. The recent refurbishment is nice preserving original features.

The entry does feel a little void as it’s big and glass but that’s to capture the beautiful views that the hotel has, as well as its terraces. Great beach, swimming area, and terrace. The beach could stay open until 8PM in the summer for swimming but, a minimum detail.

With the above background, I can give the proper backdrop. There is only one name you need to know in this hotel and it’s Massimiliano; He is the man.

Every night when I would get back from dinner he would greet me smiling. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He ensued that everything was in order always, maintaining the utmost professionalism and Neapolitan hospitality.

Massimiliano, also found and brought us a bag of presents we left on the terrace after drinks one evening. He told us that he remembered us walking in with the bag and when someone else found it he brought it to our room.

No matter your mood Massimiliano can put a smile on your face and makes you feel like an individual guest with bespoke service. When he is working you get personalize and attentive responses. He remembers your name and makes it his job to take whatever you need to find a solution.

If I had one recommendation to this hotel is to find more employees like him as he was the highlight of the hotel.

He made the experience, and the price of the hotel worth it. The service he provides is similar to that in the Fours seasons, this type of service and training he has could be shown to the other employees across the property.

Increíble estancia
Pros:

El hotel es increíble, todo nos encantó, la atención y el personal impecable. Volveríamos siempre a este hotel.

Cons:

No hubo nada en particular que no nos gustara.

Podrían mejorar algunas cosas como el menú de los restaurantes que podría ser algo más amplio y variado.
También el club de playa podría ofrecer algunas actividades extra como alquilar paddle boards o flotadores para relajarse en el mar.
