החוף הפרטי פצצה.. השירות ממש טוב! הנוף הכי מדהים שיש.

החדרים לא ברמה, מרגיש כמו מלון 3 כוכבים מבחינת החדר שזה באסה… המיטה ממש ממש לא נוחה
היה לאורך כל השהייה רעש של שיפוצים + רעש מחדרים סמוכים. החדרים לא אטומים בכלל לרעש.
בקיצור בחוויה הכללית לא הרגשתי תמורה למחיר

Lovely hotel, grounds, staff, facilities and service.
Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing at reception and in the sea side area, the hotel and gardens are a gem and the sea side bar and area is great.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Cold scrambled eggs and beans. I had to ask twice for milk for the tea and getting a 2nd tea bag took two attempts and took so long to arrive, the hot water was cool by the time it came!

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur. Un choix de plat à la carte, puis obligation d’un buffet très faible dans les choix, plutôt minimaliste. Même les serveurs semblent désorientés. Vraiment peu goûteux. Un établissement de cet ordre, mérite mieux.

it was a wonderful experience and would love to come back and stay.
Pros:

One staff member particular stood out. She greeted my daughter every morning and gave her the "royal" treatment. My daughter asks me about her. All the staff member was outstanding and paid to attention to details. They treated us like family and the cleaning staff even remembers children name and made sure we have extra towels or water for them.

Cons:

Flexible shuttle service would have been great. The shuttle had limited seats and if you don't book it in time you would have to find another option to go into town.

Beautiful relaxing stay with great service and views.
Pros:

The views were incredible. Staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The private beach was fabulous and the shuttle bus to the town of sorrento was very handy.

Pros:

The view was the beautiful sea. Large room with exceptional size. Breakfast and Dinner were over the top. We met the chef and he had excellent choices and the buffet was wonderful. Great choices for Gluten free also.

Lo stile dell’hotel era pazzesco! La vista sul mare strepitosa!
