Ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel!!!

Das einzig Traurige war das Abschied nehmen - Aber wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!!!!
Nichts
Great view for your meals. Quiet. Courtesy of the staff. Access to the private beach.
All great.
The location, views and the private beach
They don’t have irons in the room and you can’t request one. You have you send your things to the laundry to get ironed at an extra charge and the turn around time is 24 hours. We were there for 5 nights, imagine how much we’d have to spend just to get our clothes ironed! And they only give you water on the first day!
Amazing location and service
The place is stunning, however the management should be replaced. Although they are very nice nothing gets done there. They hire all inexperienced people and are completely under staffed. Nobody cleans up around the pool and beautiful water area. People leave and nobody cleans up after them, thus people think the chairs are still occupied. The bartenders are looking through books to figure out how to make drinks.
Also the air conditioning needs to be replaced, the rooms are ridiculously hot!
This hotel could be amazing with the correct people in place.
The breakfast was lovely, a bigger variety of eggs without an extra charge would've been superb. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes!
We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that was spacious and furnished beautifully. Our young children loved their room. The staff was very friendly!
There was no mosquitoe repellent (spray or plug in) in any of the rooms in our apartment. Although there were mosquitoe nets on the window, there were a few that got inside. We would've really appreciated that.
Luxury Facilities and clean
Lieu extemporané et personnel
Rien ( prix élevé mais justifié)
Very clean, great view, and great location. You can you enjoy the views at the restaurant and patio.
The view and the grounds.
We have stayed in three different hotels during our visit to Italy. Our stay at Parco dei Principi )for 5 night) was so disappointing. When we checked in, we were escorted to a -1 level. At first sight we were suspicious. The rugs in the hallway were deplorable. The room was spacious but old and tired.
Bed and pillows were not comfortable.
We quickly learned that the restaurant which was above us had chairs constantly being moved. This resulted in an annoying screeching sounds every time someone moved their chair while dining. and when staff was breaking down for the next service. This began at 7 AM and at times lasted throughout the evening till 10 PM.
We were located directly across from the dirty run down housekeeping closet .
Shuttle service was extremely limited. Each time we needed to go into town a taxi ride was a €25-€30 charge. There are only seven seats on the shuttle and it runs in frequently.
It’s a beautiful and utterly legendary facility with its Gio Ponti styling. The location and view are absolutely breathtaking. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the view overlooking the Bay of Naples was nothing short of spectacular.
It’s more than a little overpriced for what it is. This is especially so when you consider that the So Lifestyle hotel right next door, which is even operated by the same management group, offers access to essentially everything that Parco dei Principi has to offer for about 25% of what a sea view room there costs. In addition, some maintenance and updating are desperately needed. The carpet leading to my room was literally stained, worn, and badly faded. Not exactly what you would expect when paying over 750 Euro a night for a room. Finally, I was charged an extra 25 Euro for parking because I reserved with Booking.com rather than with the hotel directly. Once again, given the price point, that feels petty and unnecessary.
It was amazing from start to finish
