Beautiful hotel, glorious spacious rooms, marred by dining imperfection.
Pros:

The space, the views, the superb room design, the responsiveness of the staff, lovely gardens, nice sea bathing.

Cons:

Frustrated both the private beach and pool opened too late in the morning for a pre breakfast swim and closed too early to relax in the water after a day out.
Breakfast was ok but the dining menu was disappointing and not up to the general standard of the hotel.

So amazing!!!
Pros:

My mom and I recently stayed here and had the most amazing experience! The location was great because of the stunning views and the peacefulness. Everything was only a 10-15 minute walk too so it was perfect. The hotel itself looks like a resort, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly (the concierge, wait staff, housekeepers, literally everyone). And big shoutout to the guys down at the beach, they were amazing!! Stefano, Gianmario, Giuseppe, Michael, Fortunato, and Ivan - literally all of them were so nice and attentive the entire time. They remembered everything we liked and had everything ready to go for us. Every single one of them were very friendly and made our stay even better than it already was. We are definitely coming back here!!

Gorgeous views and all amenities one would need!
Pros:

We recently traveled with our teenage granddaughter and the experience was nothing less than fantastic on all levels. Beautiful grounds, delightful and accommodating staff, delicious food, clean and quiet. The hotel also provides a shuttle into Sorrento center with pick up when ready to return. Special shoutout to Carmine at the pool who helped us gently encourage our granddaughter to take her first steps off the diving board! So friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend and hopefully return soon!

Short stay.
Pros:

Stayed for a short trip beginning of June. Impressive grounds very relaxing an oasis of greenery. Very helpful and friendly check in staff. Room was not ready when we arrived but was able to use all the facilities whilst we waited. Room was airy very clean and had a great view of gardens. The sunbathing decks were amazing, one of the reasons we pied to book here. Very polite attentive staff. There was a wedding on whilst we we here, didn’t really affect us as we opted to go out both nights into Sorrento. However, I did feel the music was too loud and would have annoyed me had I stayed. My only negative was breakfast. For me, not enough choice, not enough fresh fruit , yoghurt etc or hot cooked selection. This is just my personal view. But the service was hit and miss and not good enough for 5*. I had to repeatedly ask and try to get attention during breakfast service, drink Items weren’t brought as forgotten and I was disappointed by this.

Awesome stay in an iconic 60s hotel with its private beach & generous beautiful grounds.
Pros:

This 60s hotel was an awesome venue to experience beautiful Sorrento. Hotel was very well maintained, friendly staff, great decor, lovely private beach & large pool. Very comfortable stay with well-equipped gym. Breakfast was also generous.

Lovely hotel, grounds, staff, facilities and service.
Pros:

The hotel staff were amazing at reception and in the sea side area, the hotel and gardens are a gem and the sea side bar and area is great.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Cold scrambled eggs and beans. I had to ask twice for milk for the tea and getting a 2nd tea bag took two attempts and took so long to arrive, the hot water was cool by the time it came!

החוף הפרטי פצצה.. השירות ממש טוב! הנוף הכי מדהים שיש.

החדרים לא ברמה, מרגיש כמו מלון 3 כוכבים מבחינת החדר שזה באסה… המיטה ממש ממש לא נוחה
היה לאורך כל השהייה רעש של שיפוצים + רעש מחדרים סמוכים. החדרים לא אטומים בכלל לרעש.
בקיצור בחוויה הכללית לא הרגשתי תמורה למחיר

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

Views are gorgeous! Topped only by the customer service. They treated us like VIPs. Also loved the large room and actual table they rolled in when we got room service.
