Important information:

Reception opening hours:
Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
Saturday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00

Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.

The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 to 19:00 and closed on Saturday.

Please note that access to the sauna and hammam is at an additional cost.

Please note that the swimming pool and the hot tub are accessible in July and August and during Winter months.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of :
- EUR 9 per person for bed linen
- EUR 9 per person for towels

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost.

Bon séjour grâce à une météo de rêve.
Cons:

Un peu loin du centre de la station.
Le ménage était limite et l appartement aurait besoin de rafraîchissement.
Piscine jacuzzi fermés pendant la moitié du séjour.
Pas de wifi gratuit en 2026.

Estancia de 10 como siempre en el Domaine 100 lacs
Pros:

Siempre que vamos a Cauterets nos alojamos en él desde hace más de 20 años. Los apartamentos siguen estando bastante bien conservados y la ubicación excelente. Y si vas en fechas de no vacaciones en España el precio fabuloso y poca gente en la estación.

Cons:

De lo que es el apartamento solo me incomodaron un par de cosas sin mucha importancia:
Las sujeciones de los cabezales de la ducha. Uno no lo había y otro no servía y tenías que tenerlo sujeto con la mano.
La altura del microondas y de los armarios de cocina están muy altos y no llegaba jaja ( por supuesto no culpo al alojamiento , yo podría ser más alta pero no)

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena. Muy cerca del telecabina.
La piscina genial después de un día de ski.

Cons:

Tener que bajar el saco de sábanas y toallas hasta recepcion y separar las toallas, las sábanas y el saco después de bajarlo. al igual que tener que poner los cubre colchas en las camas que tienes que quitar para también hacerlas cuando llegas..lo veo innecesario.
El apartamento está descuido.
Los colchones no son cómodos y las almohadas muy malas..

Une belle résidence bien située mais avec des appartements vieillissant et peu équipés.
Pros:

La piscine, le spa, la bonne localisation.

Cons:

Trop peu d’équipement dans l’appartement. Pas de grille pain, pas de bouilloire, pas de four… Vous pouvez demander des choses à l’accueil bien sûr mais je trouve cela galère alors que ça fait partie de la base dans un appartement.
L’appartement est assez vétuste.

Il y a des choses à revoir
Pros:

L’espace de l’appartement pour 6 personnes j’avais pris un appartement 8 personnes et c’était parfait

Cons:

La propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer et la piscine et très peu chauffé.
Il y a deux ans quand j’y étais elle était bien chauffé aujourd’hui très peu je suis très déçu.
