Beautiful property I had a great experience
Book a room with a king bed and 2 twins beds but rooms was 2 twin beds. When you enter the property it had a stink smell, the mattress was old and tear up and the house needs renovating and cleaning because it's mold in some areas and needs to be repaired.

We loved the condo. Supposed to have patio furniture but we didn’t get any.
I love this location and the price was excellent. The only down fall was the bathrooms. We had a 2 bedroom swing king, however, we ended up with a 2 bedroom, 2 queen beds. The shower was horrible. Standing water after every shower.
It had a washer and dryer in the unit which was nice to have.
The TV in the living room was extremely bright and couldn't be adjusted. I called the office and the maintenance man checked it out and said the TV needs to be replaced. The other thing was the TV in the master bedroom didn't have service, just kept displaying the account was not active.
My family I enjoyed our stay two adults and three kids . Not far from the beach it’s not walking distance though . The staff was nice in the office . We didn’t like that the outdoor pool closed early at 9 and the indoor pool closed at 5 we wished it was later so after dinner we can go to the indoor pool area that’s designed for little kids . Made us upset .
Our room only had one blanket on the king size bed the twins size beds just had sheets we were glad we brought our blankets pillows . A few things where broken but over all best place we have stayed in Myrtle .
Bugs/old furniture/blood on the carpet, just an old groomly look to it all. 5 mins after checking in, i checked out? Now im battling them for my refund the PROMISED. Now the employee that said i was getting a full refund, they're denying even works for them. Better off staying at Motel 6, at least the keep the light on for you.
Our room was unsanitary: smashed bugs on the wall, toilet had been left clogged with feces, chairs had stains, porch was full of cobwebs and bugs, sheets were stained and had animal hair, dishes/cups dirty, stains on the sheets in pullout, and the carpet had cat food and trash. Walking to the pool is trash and two pairs of underwear.
Broken:
Pull out bed did not work, TV did not work, plugs sparked when used.
In the gym, neither cardio machine worked.
Other:
Called about toilet and told it is not an emergency. It was snaked and dirty water stains left on the floor.
-sent an email and did not hear anything. Went to the office after 24 hours and told I should have come to the office sooner because the manager I emailed was on vacation which was the person I emailed with on Saturday, so Sunday must have been the start of her vacation. I was told by Deborah Witman that the second toilet and pullout are extras for a one bedroom, so not emergencies. If I paid $700 for what was listed, it is an emergency. I was given $93 back for unsanitary conditions, pet hair that caused allergic reactions and a need for medication, a pullout that could not be used, remotes that did not work, and extra expenses for cleaning products.
Sent The girls at the front desk was friendly and kind. She was easy to talk with, but treated poorly by Deborah Witman. While working with a customer. Deborah was barking orders at what needs to happen about expired codes.

I have been to this property on several occasions and it has not let me down once. I have always been pleased with the quality of the rooms and how the property is maintained. This is now my family vacation spot.
The apartment in which I stayed at had furniture that had holes in both the couch and chair , the furniture was very very old and needs to be replaced immediately
DO NOT BOOK HERE! Booked a two twin, two double room. They gave us two twins and a king that split. Was told they could not change our room but would come and split the kings which they never did. None of the 3 TVs worked the entire time and they said they would give us $20 for that inconvenience. The blinds in the living room with the “sleeper” sofa, which was impossible to sleep on by the way, were half missing so no privacy AT ALL. They left an open can of paint in the bedroom which my great niece could have gotten into if we didn’t catch it. When we asked for a refund we were told “we don’t give refunds”. So essentially give them your money and too bad what you get!
It was very beautiful out there and well maintained!.. We loved the spacious rooms and comfort. We will definitely be back!❤️

In the room for 2 minutes before my 9 yr old daughter found a squished cockroach above the bed. Upon inspection we found other dead and alive cockroaches. They also did not give us the beds we requested, as a family of 6 it's a necessity. We called hotels.com, who we booked through, they made multiple call attempts to the office with no answers. We were able to get placed in another hotel but we lost a whole evening of our trip on the phone. Myrtlewood was terrible customer service AND tried charging us a night.
It was a quiet stay. Very nice people at registration. The place wasn't bad. Needs cleaned a lot better. Needs things fixed. Master shower barely gets warm because fixture is on wrong. The bathroom lock is broken. Shower curtain in master bathroom has mold on it. Light switches and walls are so gross. Our comforter was filty. Water was brown when washing in washer. I washed all bedding and all towels, wash clothes. Etc. I wiped down light switches, kitchen counters, kitchen table, night stands, etc. Someone needs to fire housekeeping. Also beds are not comfortable. Time to update this place.
