Pros:

The free breakfast was a big plus, the spread was adequate and scrumptious. Coffee machine was free but coffee made by barista you have to pay for, which we did not mind, the coffee machine was perfect for us. There were selection of hot food, fruits, granola/yoghurt and breads, which was adequate for us for a free breakfast. Even though there was a a big group party, we did not feel there was not enough food to go around or it cramped.

Bed was comfortable, space was big and it did feel luxurious. Check in & out were a breeze too.

We had dinner at Bella and enjoyed it too.

Cons:

The A/C is not in the room but centralised in the whole building i think, it did get quite hot in the evening even after maxing the 'fan' - it was the only thing we can adjust with the temp. It did become an uncomfortable sleep.

There was nothing else in the property to do, no swimming pool or other facilities, so this is only good if you're after a staycation.

A friendly and excellent place to stay
Pros:

Staff were so accommodating to our large group of 11, even getting us into the restaurant last minute each night. Food was great, rooms were great, all around a fantastic stay

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, good size bathroom.

Cons:

Advertised balcony, piece of steel not wide enough for a chair. Room service two nights was cold and looked like thrown on the plates. Air conditioner control system was overridden at night to very warm temperature. Music in dining room very loud during evening dinner.

Great golfing escape for patient travelers.
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and the room was lovely, specious and very clean. Due to mobility issues, basement car park was suggested just couple or doors away.

Cons:

Breakfast choice was great, but there were no gluten free options. Staff were harried off their feet, some basics, like butter were missing. Coffee took almost an hour to come through.

Lovely, but not sure would spend money again to be in a lovely location with no amenities close.
Pros:

Stunning location and lovely rooms

Cons:

Staff were lovely but they didn’t let us know anything or where anything was. We had to work out where everything was ourselves. Also in the rooms there was no map, lots of details about times etc but not how to get to anything.
