もっと施設内にいる時間がほしかった。この価格に対してホスピタリティが相当高い

海外の方かもしれませんがチェックインの際のスタッフが丁寧でした。
また景色が良い。
これまで街中のホテルに滞在していたが
飲屋街の喧騒が苦手で今回こちらにした。
静かで落ち着く。
たまたまだとは思いますが、フロントで部屋を広い部屋にしましたと言われ、部屋で仕事をする身としては非常に捗った。
桜島も真正面に見え、しばし出張の緊張感から解放されました。
あと朝食、駐車場なども含めて満足しかないです。
今後も鹿児島出張の際は利用させて頂きます。

Pros:

親子4人（子供は成人1名と高校生）久々に揃って泊まりました。
それぞれのベッドでゆっくりと休むことができました。

Cons:

ユニットバスルームは、掃除がされているのか？と思うくらい隅はゴミが溜まっていました。
せっかくロケーションやいいベッドルームなのに、バスルームの不衛生さで残念な気持ちになりました。
それ以外、スタッフの対応やお部屋の方の感想は普通以上です。

great staff, gutted the pool was closed
Pros:

huge room, comfy beds and a nice view

Cons:

under the beds was just pure dust. you also had to pay for the spa during certain hours and the pool was closed
