お安く、清潔に、桜島の展望を贅沢に味わえる宿
Pros:

リーズナブルな価格で、家族６人連れでもお財布に優しい！施設自体は古い建物に入ると思いますが、清潔に保たれていると思います！

最高でした！
Pros:

ロケーションよかった！
ただ台風で天気が悪く桜島に雲がかかってしまってたけど次は晴れた時に来たいです

Cons:

施設の増築のため、仕方ないんだろうけど
エレベーターが1個はきつかった！

Pros:

全室桜島ビューで目の前に広がる景色が最高でした！！
部屋も清潔でキレイなホテルでした。
コスパ良すぎて最高！！

Cons:

朝食レストランのバイキングにオープン前並んでいたら、レストラン内から大声で叱責する声が聞こえました。結構長い叱責だったな…。
外に居るお客さんに聞こえるとかは思わないのかと思いました。ちょっと朝から気分悪くなりました…。
あと、朝食バイキング内容は概ね美味しくて良かったんですけど、クロワッサンが生焼けで芯がありました。

空調がとても残念
Cons:

空調が客室でコントロール出来ず、寒すぎることを伝えたが、毛布をお待ちいただくも寒く、冷えすぎて体調を崩した。

桜島のビューがきれいで、鹿児島の人はこの綺麗な景色が毎日見る事ができうらやましく思いました。
Pros:

ナイトプールを利用しました。子供たちはとても喜んで楽しんでいました。一緒に大人もプールに入りましたが、ジャグジーがあって体を温める事が出来て良かったです。

ファミリー向けに満足度高い
Pros:

朝日の桜島は感動的でした。子供たちは日中のプールを楽しみました。この価格なのでビジホ感覚でいたらフロントの方の対応はプロでした。

Cons:

館内に売店はありません(急なプールに浮き輪やゴーグル、水鉄砲などが売っていたら買いたかった)
天文館までタクシーで1800-2000円、ホテルから離れるとタクシーつかまえにくい

今回、指宿、知覧とホテルを利用しましたが、朝食の混雑にはがっかりしました。
Pros:

駐車場が必ず確保できた点。

Cons:

朝食時の長蛇の列は最悪でした。
食事時間が、確か6:30-9:30の間だったと思いますが、あれだけの宿泊者数を収容できるホテルにしては、朝食を提供するスペースが小さすぎますし、提供する時間も短すぎます。
食事提供時間を少なくとも10:30位まで延長し、宿泊者がもう少し分散して来れる様な配慮をすべきでしょう。
又、他のビジネスホテルがオンラインで提供している様に、食堂の混み具合を、ホテルからのInfo.としてリアルタイムに提供して、同じ時間に利用者が集中しない様な工夫が必要ですね。
