We have stayed at Biltmore many times and will continue to do so any time we are in Guatemala City.

Daniel at the front desk was absolutely THE BEST! Bilingual, professional, and the most helpful person imaginable!

Pros:

Quartos modernos e confortáveis, camas macias, boa ducha de banho, cortinas black out e silêncio. Café da manhã bom (mas não fantástico como está descrito no site). Há uma mini academia disponível (esteira, bicicleta e pesos apenas).

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar. O acesso a piscina é no hotel ao lado e precisa pagar. O ar condicionado jogava vento para cima das camas, por mais que se mudassem as paletas.

Convenient to airport, clean, modern hotel with access to amenities
Pros:

The hotel is adjacent to the Westin and I was able to pay a nominal fee to use the Westin pool, hot tub, gymnasium and their outdoor dining. The hotel room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit bulky for my taste, so I didn't get the best night's sleep.

Cons:

Normalmente me hospedaba aquí, era un hotel cómodo ejecutivo. Enloquecieron con los precios y cambié de opción. Un día hice una reserva y no pude llegar por razones ajenas a mi voluntad pues quedé varada en la ciudad de Xela. Llame antes de la hora del check in para pedir me exoneraran la penalidad lo cual fue negado, tomaron mi tarjeta de crédito y la pasaron 3 veces hasta bloquearla y aún espero mi factura fiscal la cual nunca llegó
