Normalmente me hospedaba aquí, era un hotel cómodo ejecutivo. Enloquecieron con los precios y cambié de opción. Un día hice una reserva y no pude llegar por razones ajenas a mi voluntad pues quedé varada en la ciudad de Xela. Llame antes de la hora del check in para pedir me exoneraran la penalidad lo cual fue negado, tomaron mi tarjeta de crédito y la pasaron 3 veces hasta bloquearla y aún espero mi factura fiscal la cual nunca llegó

Pros:

El desayuno estaba delicioso, era buffet
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del aeropuerto, zoológico, mercado de artesanías, había un supermercado y centro comercial cerca.
La habitación es preciosa y con una cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

Únicamente que el personal era muy serio, a pesar de eso no nos trataron mal.
Y la muchacha de la recepción se equivoco en la hora de conclusión del desayuno, y casi nos dejan sin poder disfrutarlo.
Por lo demás es muy recomendable.

Cama e travessereiros muito confortáveis
Quarto grande e limpo
Comida muito boa tanto no quarto quanto no café da manhã que tinha muitas opções.
Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e educados.
Perto do aeroporto.
Voltaria a me hospedar com toda a certeza.

Cons:

Se eu pudesse mudar algo seria apenas o chuveiro.
Pois ele estava vazando água para os lados o que tornava dificil o banho se não quisesse lavar o cabelo e a temperatura era difícil de controlar

Pros:

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, cuartos cómodos y buena atención. Tenían una regalía para hacer café en la habitación con 2 botellas de agua. Cuando pregunté dónde podía conseguir mas agua me regalaron unas botellas extra que me las dejaron en la habitación, lo cual se agradece mucho.
