Wanted to charge for a cup of milk for room, with added weekend surcharge and added credit card fee. Usually complimentary in most hotels.

A little expensive
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Room was large enough to get a wheelchair in.

Cons:

Lots of added costs. Eg: $5 tray service, then another 10% on top of that. Plus $20 parking. Plus breakfast.
Lots of street noise and neighbouring room guests walked through garden onto our patio.
Requested a shower chair but one was not provided.

Pros:

The view from the location was amazing. Plenty of great cafes around. The restaurant and bar do daily specials and a happy hour. The pool is massive, plenty of space to relax.
Our flight was delayed, so we arrived when the restaurant had closed, but the guy who helped us out with food and checking in was amazing and always had a smile on. Which was very welcoming after our stressful flight.
