Cons:

連泊の際のルームクリーニングで、トイレットペーパーの追加なくフロントへ向かったり、ベットメーキング後のシーツに2本髪の毛があり衛生面で気になった。また、ブランケットがなく室内は寒く部屋が冷え切っていて初日は震えてフロントへブランケットいただきに向かった。廊下の空調も冷え過ぎていて外の方が心地よかったがいろんな国々の方々がいらっしゃるので仕方ないと感じました。

Rundown hotel
Pros:

Location ok and decent room service.

Cons:

Needs a serious refresh, everything rundown. Loose window pane rattled all night in the wind. Poor noise insulation, woken up by corridor and other room noise.

It was okay, the staff were really lovely but the hotel is rundown and could use some TLC.
Pros:

The location was good. Walking distance to the esplanade. The staff were very nice too.

Cons:

The pool area is nothing like the pictures. It’s very run down, the pool was freezing, like an ice bath.
The room was adequate, but dated. Chipped tiles, little holes in the wall, small amount of mould in the bathroom, no balcony furniture. The restaurant was closed one of the nights (including room service) due to not enough restaurant staff). Hotel staff suggested Uber Eats as an alternative.

Be aware
Pros:

Views were great. Bed very comfortable. House service good. Reception staff and dining room staff very accomodating.

Cons:

No basic kitchen facilities. Only a kettle, 2 mugs and glasses and an old bar fridge that froze everything you put in it. Biggest disappointment that the building hosted a considerable 5G system on the roof. My emf reader showed that the metal balcony railings showed a reading well in excess of acceptable levels. Basically I believe that the 5G infrustructure on the roof has hotwired the whole metal structure of the building. Just like living in a microwave oven. This should be looked into and until rectified the management should place warning signs cautioning people not to lean on the balcony railing. I had a great deal trouble sleeping in this room. Only pleased to be home now to get a good nights sleep.

For the price, it was a just functional. Had a safe but needed to rent it. Toiletries extremely basic.

Old, dirty and requires updating
Pros:

Good location close to esplanade. Receptionist quick to assist if you needed something. Check in and out easy.

Cons:

It’s old and needs to be updated. The house keeping is questionable too, they do a good job in making beds, changing towels and emptying bins but that’s where it ends, no cleaning, vacuuming but will do if you ask for it to be done. The pool looks great on photos but the surrounding decking needs work.

Great place to sleep while on holidays, but onsite facilities lacking the true ‘resort’ factor.
Pros:

Good size room, great shower, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pool/deck area is in major need of updating, and water was freezing, nearby hotel pools and the esplanade were far more pleasant to swim in, but the pool was one of the main reasons we booked which was very disappointing.
Restaurant/bar area was lacking in comfy spots to sit, only one couch set up in bar area, the rest were chair/tables which didn’t promote a long stay.
