Awesome Room with ocean views, pools was awesome, Staff were amazing and stood out ubove all :)

The room location was on the 5th floor, good views of the ocean, location wise to Cairns is good, a 15 min walk into the city center, and plenty of food outlets in the area, The pool was awesome, nice size, clean, good depth for all, plenty of seating, the room had all we required, good size, good bed and seating, all good

Cons:

All was good from checking in to checking out, only thing needed is a refresh, decking around the pool is a bit tired and some very soft boards, rooms are great and clean but are outdated, need painting and refreshing, would be good if drinks could be served pool side, had to walk around and through the resturant to order drinks, it's an amazing place and for the price, it's awesome, if the whole place was refreshed I guess the trade off would be the price would go up, but would you get more guests hmmm, but for ourselves we loved the place and will be back :)

It was comfortable enough and the price was ok

Cons:

The breakfast was very expensive and then I had to pay for parking which no one told us about I have never paid for parking at a motel in my life, I will not be staying there again

View was good, room was reasonable with comfy beds.

Cons:

Frequent power trips affected lighting and air con. Restaurant on limited hours for long-weekend but no notification before check-in. Could not phone in room service and had to go to reception. Mould and dirt around fridge cavity and unbalanced.
