Location good. I had breakfast elsewhere.
Beautiful view from my room. Spacious room with good facilities. The shower was excellent. I didn't use the bath but it was very large.
It was all good.
It was great

Great Location, friendly staff and very comfortable. The room service was well priced and top quality. Well done!
TV reception and channels could have been better.
Restaurant was lovely, staff were very helpful and accommodating
Nothing was great
Everything was really nice, the room are big and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the view !!
We ordered 2 times the waffles for breakfast: the first time they were really nice and the 2 waffles were big, with good amount of bacon. But the second morning, we were a bit disappointed because it was 3 small ones and they were not as good, but with more bacon. It’s not a big problem, but I would recommend to make the same meal to avoid surprises.
And the in-room service costs 5$, which is a bit expensive !
But overall, it was really nice.
Good overall value
Nothing
Gym facility
Good size ocean view rooms and very a comfy. I booked 2 rooms and they were adjacent which was appreciated.
Check in could have been better. One room was ready at around 2.40pm the other however wasn’t until 3.15pm. I think check in is 3pm but I assumed it was 2pm like most places. We purchased parking for $20 as we thought it would be easier access for my elderly in-laws & bags, but the car park doesn’t have direct lift access to the hotel/floors, so free parking in the street was the same distance to walk & plenty of spots were available. We had a staff member enter our room after we were inside, she didn’t realise we were in there already.
The room only had one mug, we arranged another. My in-laws room lost power at 3am when they were up during the night to use the bathroom but had no lights. Staff had to come and fix as the problem was in a fuse box outside the room.
Unfortunately a few issues affected our stay.
Loved how comfortable it was and how well guests are personally accommodated for at their requests
Wish it was cheaper but definitely worth the money
Location, staff and facilities
Position from restaurants was a long walk. Its Position on the Esplanade made good scenery
No complaints. Food and service excellent.
Everything
If I could recommend this hotel to anyone, I’d STAY AWAY for your own health and safety. This was one my worst trips to Cairns. The service is “don’t care attitude” from reception. The room smells like mould and is absolutely filthy. I’m going home feeling physically sick as breathing in mouldiness is a health hazard and there lack of duty and care from the staff is appalling.

It was a standard room, but the staff were lovely and very helpful. I woldn't stay here again but only because it was a little too far away from where I needed to be (the Convention Centre). I'm not likely to visit Cairns again in the near future.
Nothing, everything was as expected.
