Perfect for the weary traveller needing rest and comfort at affordable cost in a lovely setting
Pros:

The room and the comfort level
Open access to everything and well laid out
Visible cleanliness and well furnished
Good sign posting to key areas and brochures available

Cons:

Just no lift and a few winding narrow corridors but offered to be helped with heavy bags other wise all good and a good experience

Brilliant hotel and worth a visit.
Pros:

The décoré is gorgeous

Cons:

I absolutely loved my stay, great place and I will certainly be visiting again.
Personally I prefer a buffet full English breakfast so I can pick which parts I prefer, but the breakfast was good.

Excellent staff and great facilities
Pros:

Staff have excellent customer service. Nothing is to much for them. The room was perfect and the bed really comfortable. The restaurants had a fabulous choice and the Indian restaurant is great value for money and the food is fantastic.

Cons:

The bathroom decor could do with a freshen up but other than that everything else was perfect

Overall a good stay breakfast wasn’t worth the price. But I didn’t have a full breakfast so maybe that’s my choice but m
Pros:

Always liked staying at this hotel when visiting town the location is great close to town but with the relaxed atmosphere to chill out

Cons:

The rooms are starting to look a bit dated and an upgrade would make a better deal. The mattress was far too soft for me but may suit others.

I think the hot tub could do with a wipe around the edges on the inside on top as there was markings that seem to collected
