No daily complementary water and the air conditioning system wasn’t cooling down. Had to keep the windows open most of the time.

Bed (my partner didn't like it though), bathroom. Staff at the restaurant was kind.
Receptionist was rude and knows nothing about how to treat clients well. No air conditioning... The room was very hot. Breakfast food is low quality. Room lighting is poor. The telefone in the room didn't work... couldn't communicate with reception.
