Important information:

Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.

Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.

Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.

There is underground parking located across the street of the Radisson RED Brussels entrance, next to n°10 Rue d'Idalie. At the entrance to the parking you'll find a Radisson RED labeled machine that delivers entry tickets. Parking fees should be paid at the terminal located next to the parking's pedestrian exit.

Please note that an extra fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).

From October 15th, the Brussel's region regulation states that a guest aged 16 and over accessing our dining (breakfast, restaurant, bar) and meeting facilities (event above 50 people) must present a valid sanitary health pass.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Easy aces to public transport, closer to city center and restaurants

Cons:

The only point was the cleanliness, dirty curtains, walls and carpets. There was some marks from dirty hands on the curtains.. the bedsheets and the bathroom was clean.

Very cool hotel with a decor that will leave a lasting impression :)
Pros:

They gave a present to all the kids on arrival (Belgium chocolate!Kids were sold from the first moment! The Staff was friendly, polite and nice, the hotel was spotless, and the breakfast so good! Located just less than 1 min walk from the train station, ideal. It has a good gym and sauna!. The bed was very confortable and room big enough for the 5 of us.

Cons:

The menu for dinners was a bit limited. They many need to work on bringing a bit more variety.

Tot onze verassing kregen we een junior suite ter beschikking Maar eens in de kamer rook het naar schimmel. na een beetje zoeken vonden we achter de deur een grote plek van +/- 60 x 80 cm vochtig, verf en bezetsel kwamen van de muur.
Goed is wel dat we na de opmerking te hebben gemaakt een nieuwe kamer kregen ... een family suite.
Dit wijst erop dat het personeel TOP is, maar zo'n hotel moet dergelijke mankementen vlugger opmerken en herstellen.
Mijn vriendin is hyper allergisch voor schimmel en het risico is groot dat ze in een hospitaal zou zijn beland.

Malgré quelques petits soucis à l'arrivée, le personnel a été réactif très rapidement et finalement nous ont offert le parking. Ce que nous avons fort apprécié. L'hôtel est moderne avec des jeux dans le hall. Bon petits déjeuners. La réception n'est pas conventionnelle et nous a un peu déstabilisé. Probablement qu'une clientèle d'entreprise serait plus à l'aise. Les chambres sont confortables, avec grands lits, prises usb et grands bureaux.
Plein de produits de salle de bain. Café espresso et coffre.

Cons:

Éclairage de la chambre insuffisant car nous sommes obligés de mettre le rideau occultant même en journée en raison du vis a vis .
Manque peignoirs.

Pros:

Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita
Staff gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere a richieste
Colazione (anche se un po' cara ma d'altronde i prezzi in Bruxelles sono alti)
Posizione comoda per i mezzi (soprattutto treno)

Palestra non troppo fornita e con alcuni attrezzi inutilizzabili
