Important information:

Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.

Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.

Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.

There is underground parking located across the street of the Radisson RED Brussels entrance, next to n°10 Rue d'Idalie. At the entrance to the parking you'll find a Radisson RED labeled machine that delivers entry tickets. Parking fees should be paid at the terminal located next to the parking's pedestrian exit.

Please note that an extra fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).

From October 15th, the Brussel's region regulation states that a guest aged 16 and over accessing our dining (breakfast, restaurant, bar) and meeting facilities (event above 50 people) must present a valid sanitary health pass.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Hotel bello, esperienza un po' sfortunata
Pros:

La posizione, la colazione, lo staff gentile e disponibile (al secondo tentativo). Anche la palestra e la spa sono carine.

Cons:

La stanza era fredda. Il riscaldamento non ha funzionato per 2 giorni. Quando finalmente mi hanno dato retta, hanno effettivamente constatato che il sistema centrale aveva spento il riscaldamento proprio nella mia stanza (cosi hanno detto). Alla fine hanno risolto mettendo anche una stufetta supplementare.
