Important information:

Please note that extra beds and baby crib are upon availability not included in the reservations and must be requested and confirmed by the hotel prior arrival.

Children under 12 years old stay for free when using their parent's bedding, therefore the extra bed is not included for confirmed reservations with a child 12 years of age or under.

Extra beds can be provided for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

In case an advanced payment is required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must match the name of the guest who reserved and must be presented at the time of check-in.

There is underground parking located across the street of the Radisson RED Brussels entrance, next to n°10 Rue d'Idalie. At the entrance to the parking you'll find a Radisson RED labeled machine that delivers entry tickets. Parking fees should be paid at the terminal located next to the parking's pedestrian exit.

Please note that an extra fee of 15 EUR per day will be charged for extra cleaning (per pet).

From October 15th, the Brussel's region regulation states that a guest aged 16 and over accessing our dining (breakfast, restaurant, bar) and meeting facilities (event above 50 people) must present a valid sanitary health pass.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Next to the train station

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower. Once I notified the staff I got moved straight away and given a complimentary drink. The coffee machine wasn’t working in the second room but once notified I was offered a free breakfast, unfortunately I was leaving .5l the staff were excellent

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Śniadania świeże i smaczne, przydałaby się tylko trochę wieksza różnorodność. Plus za siłownię i saunę. Bardzo dobry hotel w centrum Brukseli.

La stanza, spacciata per junior suite, era in realtà una normale stanza doppia, un pochino più grande.
Comunque, tenuta piuttosto male, con pareti scrostate e macchie di umido.

Ideal for business trip
Pros:

Very good location, ideal for business trip, clean, safe , polite staff, comfortable rooms, especially junior suite, good amenities. Good breakfast at a price, more fresh fruits would be appreciated. Overall a very good experience with few maintenance issues, (usb charging sockets are a plus but not all of them working, humidity traces outside of the bathroom, shower hose leaking, limestone traces on shower head) not critical but... kept the 5th star away.

Service is always great, we had an issue with the room and it was quickly changed for us.

Some stains from the humidity on the walls and flooring looks a bit tired and dirty.
I also think during breakfast hotel was understaffed, same person was seating guests, serving and cleaning the tables. ☹️ I hope he is paid well, he did a great job.
