Sehr freundliches Personal und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut. Man bekam alles was man sich wünschte.

Buena opción para visitar Cala rayada muy cerca de la playa
Pros:

Me gustaba mucho las instalaciones y dónde estaba situado el Hotel, cerca de la playa y cerca de las zonas de ocio de rajada

Cons:

La verdad que encontré un poquito justito, la comida, la comida y la cena esperaba un poco más, pero bueno, quizá me había puesto expectativas muy altas del Hotel

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Top Lage zur Cala Agulla
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Es ist ruhig und gepflegt. Die beiden Pools, die Saunalandschaften, der neue Fitnessraum- alles sehr schön, gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren lecker und die Auswahl war gross und am Abend abwechslungsreich. Der Kaffee war für spanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Bei den Zimmern muss man differenzieren: Wir hatten eine Suite mit Panoramablick und ein Zimmer mit Poolblick. Die Suite ist atemberaubend, sehr hochwertig renoviert und definitiv sein Geld wert. Unser normales Zimmer mit Poolblick konnte damit nicht mithalten- bei dem Zimmer finde ich Preis/Leistung nicht ganz passend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Matratzen nicht zu hart.

Das Personal ist eine 10/10- immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr zuvorkommend- egal in welchem Bereich des Hotels man war.

Das Umfeld des Hotels hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Kleine Supermärkte, Shops und Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort. Zum belebten Hafen geht man maximal 20 Minuten durch interessante und belebte Straßen.

Cons:

Die Türen zum Flur schließen nicht richtig- daher ist die Privatsphäre schon eingeschränkt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Breve pero aprovechada!
Pros:

Me encantó el spa (aunque no están caliente el agua)el buffet tanto d desayuno como cena muy completo todo y personal amable.Las vistas desde la habitación muy bonitas hacia la playa.

Para haber pagado casi 250€ creo que fue excesivo cuando la habitación era bastante básica de echo ni siquiera la televisión era moderna,el aire acondicionado no se ponía en marcha y al darnos solo una llave no podía quedarse la luz de la habitación encendida (la neverita).Los colchones durísimos…mi marido y yo hemos estado en hoteles mucho más baratos y estaba mucho mejor con jacuzzi incluido!

Tresor mieten und auf seine Sachen aufpassen

Irgendwie kamen meine Kopfhörer (250€) in Besitz der Rezeption. Den Verlust merkte ich leider erst eine Woche später. Da die Kopfhörer mit einem Ortungssystem ausgerüstet sind war klar, dass sie sich noch im S’Entrador befinden. Telefonisch wurde dies zunächst bestritten. Erst nach mehreren Schiftwechsel und Ortungsprotokollen bekam ich benutzt nach 4 Wochen zugesendet.
