La atención del personal muy buena ,habitacion comoda,limpia y el spa es de un muy amplia el agua de la piscina en su punto ,no fría como en otros

Uno de los hoteles más completos de Mallorca
Pros:

El SPA que tiene es de lo mejor, junto con otros servicios como el gimnasio, que lo han acabado de renovar, así como los espacios del propio hotel (piscina exterior y solarium), o las pistas de tenis y pádel. La comida también estaba muy bien. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad y detalles del servicio. Además, la localización también está genial, junto a una playa tan bonita como Cala Agulla y un lugar tan espectacular como el Parque Natural de la Península de Llevant, donde recomiendo hacer senderismo por su bosque, subir al Puig de s'Àguila, o alguna construcción antigua como el búnker de Cala Mesquida, la Talaia de Son Jaumell, o los hornos de cal.

Cons:

Quizás podrían facilitar algunos amenities, como un peine, abrillantador de zapatos, tener champú, gel y acondicionador por separado, en vez de un solo producto champú-gel. Por otro lado, debo decir que si bien el SPA es de mis preferidos en hoteles de Mallorca, sí que encontré que la temperatura de la piscina principal, estaba un poco fría.

Gute Hotelgelegenheit für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, ansprechende Halbpension

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Sauna und Poolbereich sind auch in die Jahre gekommen, Preis/Leistung insgesamt 20 Prozent zu hoch
