El trato del personal y el hotel es genial.
Pros:

La habitación para 3 personas es genial. Ha sido una habitación doble, en un lado dos camas y en la otra una habitación, comunicadas. Me ha encantado, sin una pared divisoria, lo q facilitaba la comunicación de ambas habitaciones. Ambos tenían baños.
Camas muy cómodas y almohadas tb. Muy limpio.

La habitación muy amplia y muy limpio. Las zonas comunes muy cómodas y confortables. Y el desayuno muy bueno y copioso, con mucha variedad. El personal muy amable. Nos encantó.

Cons:

Por poner una pega , las almohadas un poco blandas, pero tenían una más gruesa en el armario. Así que al final todo bien.

We enjoyed the location and the quality of the breakfast

Cons:

No English spoken at reception or the bar. Whilst we accept this is Spain, if you want to encourage tourists, you need to be able to speak basic English and perhaps French.
Secondly and for the second year running, you advertise one price for the internal parking and charge nearly double for it. Despite challenging this it was a case of pay the higher price or do t use it. We paid it but will be cancelling our next visit which is already booked.

Pros:

Se nos rompió el aire acondicionado y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros. El hotel esta muy bien y cerca de Segovia, el buffet libre de desayuno merece la pena.
