Słaba jakość za wygórowaną cenę
Pros:

Sniadania dobre , blisko centrum miasta - to jedyne plusy hotelu.
Pruwatnt parking na zaledwie 8 miejsc I udało się tam zaparkować po przejściach, krążyliśmy wokół hotelu, szukaliśmy miejsca na sąsiednich uliczkach, aż w końcu recepcjonistka powiedziała, że nas wpuści. Najpierw mówiła, że brak miejsc.
Absolutnie nie ma możliwości zatrzymać się przy wejściu przed hotelem - jest zakaz. I gdyby nie wjechaliśmy na podwórko, musielibyśmy nieść bagaże z odległego parkingu. Nie chcieli pozwolić nawet na chwilę wjechać na podwórko i zostawić bagaże :( .
Na szczęście jakimś cudem miejsce się znalazło.

Cons:

Hotel brudny((( poobijane scany i drzwi, brudna wykładzina, w hotelu smiedzi na korytarzach jak w tanim hostelu( . To żadne 3*, standard pokoi jak w najtańszych hostelach. Bardzo słaba izolacja dźwiękowa. Moja córka zmuszona była słuchać "przygodę seksualną sąsiadów:((((. Drzwi do pokoi zamykane kluczem, a nie kartą, przestarzałe, wygięte, że szczelinami.
Dotalusmy pokój śmierdzący kocim moczem!!! Po interwencji na recepcję został wymieniony na inny.
Pokoje małe i obskurne, łóżka niewygodne.
Stanowczo odradzam.
Stosunek cena-jakość tragiczny! 😞

Good location and clean, expect little else and you won't be disappointed.
Pros:

The location was excellent and parking was a bonus, although had to be paid for. One member of staff was excellent although the others were not. It was clean, our shower was the best part, good flow and plenty of hot water.

Cons:

The staff were surly to the point of being rude. Very pleasant when greeting but after that.... I felt I was a nuisance because I hadn't checked in on line, was I giving him too much work to do? How do I know if their systems are secure, I didn't want my details sent all over the ethernet. We had 4 hangers in our room and no storage space. The other room had storage but only two hangers, no more were available when requested, only one coffee mug for a double room(?) and the safe was locked shut. The lady who dealt with that was brilliant unfortunately the others were not. We might have considered breakfast if the response had been there. I was a nuisance again at check out as I did not have the other room key at the same time.... We had a lovely couple of days, Bruges is a great destination, in the main everyone was friendly and helpful. I would use the hotel again although bring some of my own hangers! Perfect for a base to sleep however for a business in hospitality, the hospitality afforded left much to be desired.

Entre histoire et charme: Très belle étape flamande dans une des plus belle ville du monde!
Pros:

Très bien localisé, parking sur place, très bel hôtel particulier plein de charmes, très bien rénové, chambres spacieuses et confortables, bien équipées. Plusieurs petits salons de détente agréables y compris à l’extérieur, bar. Salle de fitness
Un grand merci à la personne qui nous accueilli: très sympa et professionnelle
On n’a ps eu le temps de tester le spa, hélas

Cons:

Tv HS (aucun problème pour nous on ne l’a pas regardé), elliptique de la salle de fitness HS
J’aurai aimé trouver un historique de la bâtisse, ses constructeurs, ses habitants…

Bien situé
Pros:

L'emplacement, le cachet des parties communes de l'hotel

Cons:

L'isolation des chambres, que ce soit entre les chambres ( on entendait beaucoup les voisins lorsqu'ils prenaient leur douche). Les portes des chambres sont de simples
portes en bois, elles n'isolent absolument pas du bruit.
A 200€ la nuit ton peut espérer mieux.

Comportement inadmissible de la personne à l’accueil

Séjour gâché par le mauvais accueil

Cons:

L’hôtel annonce disposer d’un parking, cela est mentionné dans les équipement lors de la réservation de la chambre. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages à l’hôtel avant notre arrivée .. nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse.
Acceuil très froid à notre arrivée ..
on nous dit de nous garer dans les parkings extérieurs de la ville
La personne ayant fait l’enregistrement a demandé notre pièce d’identité et carte bancaire, et comble ! A retourné la carte et a pris les 3 chiffres du cryptogramme !
Nous n’avons jamais été confronté à ça ! Soit disant à cause des gens qui fument ! Nous avons envoyé un message pour protester, jamais de réponse évidement !
Sinon trou et taches dans les draps, poussière , éclaboussure de je ne sais quoi sur la tête de lit .. donc propre que d’apparence

l’emplacement

Cons:

l’établissement est vieillissant les murs sont abîmés les moquettes sont usées le prix de 250€ n’est pas justifié
les odeurs nauséabondes à la réception et des les couloirs sont inacceptables
le prix est largement disproportionné
