Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplätze und Lademöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Zeitweise unangenehmer Geruch im Flur.
Fehlender Stopfen im linken Waschbecken.
Da hätte mal was ganz schnell drin verschwinden können!

Good location: disappointed with responses from Male on reception.
Pros:

The entrance hall was beautiful!
The male receptionist was efficient but not particularly warm!
By contrast the young lady on a later shift was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had particularly asked for either a ground floor room or a lift to other floors as I was recovering from a fracture to my foot.
To access the room there was a lift but coming from the lift to the room allocated, (with suitcases) was a curved staircase with no hand rail! When I suggested that this might feature in a future update to the hotel, the man said that nobody else had complained!

excelente hotel en Brujas
Pros:

Las instalaciones, es un hotel antiguo pero bien cuidado y limpio, muy acogedor. En algún momento pensamos que por ser antiguo podría tener un poco de olor, pero para nada. La habitación era grande y el baño también. La ubicación es precisa, en pleno borde del casco histórico, y a unos pasos de la estación del bus, así que llegar desde la estación del tren es facilísimo. Tiene guarda maletas y el personal nos permitió estar en las instalaciones y hacer uso de ellas luego de hacer el check out sin problemas.

Lovely hotel in a good central location
Pros:

Location; room was good for older kids (upstairs from the adults); very clean; good breakfast.

Cons:

Minor: the sliding bathroom door was in disrepair.

Schönes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Rande der Altstadt - Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem kein Trubel. Zimmer schön eingerichtet und gut schallisoliert. Frühstück ist guter Standard.

Cons:

Parkplatz ist eng. Treppenhaus sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Ci ritornerei subito...
Pros:

Palazzo signorile molto bello. Hanno mantenuto le porte originali d'epoca delle stanze ma non essendo insonorizzate il confort acustico era minimo. Posizione strategica, servita dai bus, colazione molto qualitativa. Volendo bere c'era anche una bottiglia di moscato.

Cons:

Un po' la cura nella pulizia. C'era un po' di polvere ma le stanze in comune ( salottini e stanza per la colazione) sono grandi ed impegnative.
