The staff is friendly, especially Usamah & Ilyas they help me with all the places in Barcelona and help me with the train reservation to Madrid. I do appreciate it.

Location, view, and breakfast was great. Room was spacious.

Cons:

The shower tended to leak through the shower door leading a massive puddle and there were only minimal towels in the room. And the vanity was a bit small. There was no lotion provided like most hotels and I wasn’t fond of the shampoo and conditioner.

Best hotel in Barcelona!
Pros:

We loved the customer service, the staff was so kind and attentive! The room was clean and modern, the location was perfect, the air conditioning was great, the water pressure was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for making our trip to Barcelona a comfortable one!

¡Nos encantó absolutamente todo! La ubicación es sumamente estratégica para explorar Barcelona a pie o en transporte. La habitación nos regaló una vista maravillosa y preferencial hacia la Plaza Cataluña que apreciamos muchísimo. La hospitalidad del personal fue excepcional desde el primer segundo; ese detalle de recibirnos con un cóctel de cortesía y darnos los mejores consejos turísticos hizo que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable.

Cons:

¡Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que irnos! Todo estuvo excelente y nos sentimos sumamente cómodos.

Pros:

It’s right at the heart of everything. If you use the busess from the airport this is their last stop. Also if you want to use the bus tours this is their first starting point. The facilty was quite good in terms of clean and spacious rooms with all thinked through needs for personal hygiene. The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were quite good. Would recommend
