총 15박의 포르투갈 스페인 신혼여행 중 가장 만족스러웠던 호텔이었습니다. 직원분들 모두 매우매우 친절했고, 위치는 최고였으며, 호텔이 넓고 매우 쾌적했어요.

특히 체크인시에 총 숙박비가 예약시점과 달라진 부분에 대해 의문을 품자, 프론트 직원분이 하나하나 출력해 상세히 설명해주고 기분이 상했을 저희를 위해 결국 호텔 귀책 사유가 아니었음(부킹닷컴의 도시세 업데이트 지연)에도 불구하고 방 업그레이드에 무료 조식까지,, 할 수 있는 최선의 서비스를 제공해주셔서 너무너무 감사했습니다. 까탈루냐 광장이 한 눈에 내려다보이는 통창뷰를 즐기며 최고의 신혼여행 마지막 일정을 소화할 수 있었어요. 샴페인과 디저트도 최고..ㅠㅠ

Otelin temizliği konumu odaları çok güzel. Barselonanın en iyi konumlu oteli diyebilirim. Oda temizliği, gürültüsüz olması, manzarası inanılmaz. Balkonlu odada kaldım ve manzarasına bayıldım. Kahvaltı inanılmazdı. 5 yıldızlı otel seviyesinde diyebilirim. Ayrıca ekstra olarak ücretsiz bir şekilde omlet yaptırabiliyorsunuz ve çok lezzetli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Resepsiyonda görevli Arnavutluk vatandaşı "Emin" isimli personel tüm sorularımızla tüm sorunlarımızla içtenlikle ilgilendi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Olivia Plaza Hotel during our time in Barcelona. The location is incredibly amazing—right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to get everywhere. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our vacation even more special. Our rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and just wonderful. It is a true 10 out of 10 hotel in every aspect, and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Our stay at Olivia Plaza Hotel was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect location.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We arrived very late in the evening, just before most restaurants had closed. Ausama, who checked us in, went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth and stress-free. He kindly upgraded us to a better room, arranged for our luggage to be taken directly to the room while we went for a late dinner, and even accompanied us to park our car in the hotel parking garage. This level of personal service is rare and greatly appreciated.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant as well—and it was absolutely the right decision. The chef did an excellent job, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service from the restaurant staff was equally impressive: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.

The entire team made us feel valued throughout our stay. We travel frequently, and Olivia Plaza stands out as one of the hotels that truly understands hospitality.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona.

最初はいいなと思いました。

Cons:

高評価を信頼して宿泊しましたが、非常に残念な経験となりました。

滞在中、客室内の金庫に現金を保管していました。チェックイン時に暗証番号を設定し、その後は金庫を開けていませんでした。

しかし、滞在中に金庫が解錠された状態でわずかに開いているのを発見しました。

その時はおかしいと思いながらも、翌日早朝にチェックアウト予定だったため、十分に確認する時間がありませんでした。

その後、落ち着いて確認したところ、保管していた現金の一部が不足していました。

帰国後、ホテルへ報告し、内部調査も実施されたとのことでしたが、「不正アクセスやスタッフの関与を示す証拠は確認できなかった」との回答でした。最終的に原因は判明せず、納得のいく説明も得られませんでした。

また、客室内には監視カメラが設置されていないため、実際に何が起きたのか確認することもできませんでした。

結果として、金庫が解錠された状態で発見されたこと、そして現金の不足が確認されたことから、安全管理に大きな不安を感じました。不足していた金額も決して小さくなく、立地も良く評価の高いホテルだっただけに非常に衝撃を受けました。

まさかこのようなことが起きるとは思ってもいませんでした。

いろいろな国に行ってきましたが、このような経験をしたのは初めてです。

貴重品を保管する際は十分な注意をおすすめします。

初めてのスペイン旅行でしたが、ひったくりなどの被害に遭うこともなく安心していた中で、最後にこのような出来事があり、とても残念な思い出となってしまいました。
