Nicht in Strandnähe, zentral gelegen bei der Autobahnausfahrt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, geräumiges und tiptop sauberes Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon. Gute WLAN-Verbindung. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Feines Frühstücks-Buffet mit grosser Auswahl und moderner Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Das Frühstück-Buffet befindet sich draussen unter einem grossen Zelt. Da die Temperaturen im Herbst eher kühl sind, ist es nicht so gemütlich draussen zu frühstücken.

Pros:

Aber Tennis und Parkplätze umsonst. Pool sehr sauber. Poolboy sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück aber top.

Cons:

Zu nah an der Schnellstraße. Von außen und teilweise innen nicht in Schuss (Fassade dreckig, Putz bröckelt, Fußleisten fehlen,…).
An der Info die Leute halbwegs freundlich, Pool Boy sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alle anderen eine Katastrophe.
Fahrräder, die umsonst zum Verleih stehen, zu 80% im Eimer. Stehen einfach 30 Fahrräder defekt vorm Hotel.
Outdoorbereich ganz ansehnlich und gemütlich, die Überdachungen/ Zelte von außen absolut verdreckt.
Stühle, die am Rande der Überdachung stehen, sind voller Vogelkot. Interessiert keinen.
Zimmer waren ok, aber seltsam möbliert, irgendwie… alt? Zusammengeschustert? Nicht durchdacht?
Restaurantleitern absolut seltsam. Ist aber vlt auch der Tatsache geschuldet, dass ich ne Kartoffel bin und die Italiener das anders leben. Aber durchgängig Küche kann man ab 4 Sterne ruhig erwarten.

Hotel del cuore...ci andiamo da anni...recentemente oggetto di restyling camere e arredi struttura.....bella piscina e ottima colazione...... possibilità di noleggiare biciclette ......

Pros:

Struttura ottima, camera pulita e fornita di tutte le necessità. Receptionist accoglienti e gentili, in particolare lo staff della piscina molto cordiale e premuroso.
L’esterno del hotel, area relax, molto confortevole e rilassante con la presenza di bar e la possibilità di acquistare cocktail e bevande anche a bordo piscina.

Cons:

L’area colazione a buffet molto originale, consiglierei solo di aggiungere più colazione salata per chi non apprezza molto la colazione dolce.
Per la parte invece della Ristorazione a cena, vanno ancora migliorati certi aspetti: alcune richieste fatte anticipatamente da noi non sono state soddisfatte, pur avendo sollecitato telefonicamente e avuto conferma da parte dello staff. Lunghe attese tra una portata e l’altra.

Pros:

Ottima colazione, servizio puntuale, educato, professionale e gentile, la camera era ampia e spaziosa, il bagno di alto livello, spazi molto ampi, kit di ben venuto molto apprezzato.

Un ottima esperienza, assolutamente da consigliare!
