It was ok, but could have been better.
Pros:

Massaging facility

Cons:

Not many options for breakfast, room too small, no proper wardrobe in the room. Too many stairs to carry luggage, spa pool out of service. Pool very small.

Clean and cosy hotel with nice staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, free pool/spa/sauna, clean room. The room had an air con and it was not noisy so I slept well. 5 min taxi ride to the Sandwell hospital.

Cons:

The exterior could be nicer but interior was fine

Ok for a night, staff were kind and helpful
Pros:

It was where I needed to be

Cons:

The first room I asked to change as it was interconnecting with another room which didn’t feel safe as a lone traveller. I was helpfully given another room, a twin bedded, the rooms are tired though and it definitely didn’t feel 4*.

Lovely clean hotel and nice pool facilities

Cons:

Went down to add on breakfast, stood there for a while and no front host so we left

Jaccuzi was unfourtantley being repaired when we was there.

Location wasnt great and we needed to go into town which was about 20 minute drive as was nothing for us to do nearby.
