I booked up hoping to use the swimming pool but the pool and sauna was out of order, I booked this hotel to use the facilities.
The hotel lobby, hallways and rooms were all clean and well presented. The pleasure facilities were not. They were old and run down.
The facilities were dirty and the pool and sauna were broken so we couldn’t use them. The room was really hot and uncomfortable. We complained and the staff moved us and gave us a fan. In the interim I lost my jacket that the staff said no one had handed in which I find puzzling as it was definitely in the room we moved from which was late at night.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well suited for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The only issue I experienced was the unavailability of the swimming pool during my stay. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Unfortunatel the Health Centre pool was out of action, a disappointment as this was part of the reason for choosing thus hotel.
