The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was nice too - enough vegetarian /vegan options - and we appreciated our use of the pool, sauna and steam room , plus we were able to book last minute Ayurvedic massages for £45 an hour, which was an unexpected bonus. There’s also ample parking (but be aware that there is a £10 parking charge). We didn’t use room service, but were glad it was available. Overall a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel to visit and we’ll happily stay again next time we’re in Birmingham for the night.
Our shower was a little tricky - very hot and at one point it wouldn’t turn off until we opened the sink tap, so that was a bit odd.
Just a couple suggestions: Breakfast starts at 7:30, the spa opens at 8am, and from 8-9am is the only child-free pool time. This means either going to the spa early and potentially missing breakfast if you wanted to spend some time there, or having breakfast at 7:30 but missing the child-free pool hour because it takes a little time to digest before swimming and it’s nice not to rush breakfast. Other hotels we’ve stayed at have opened the spa a full hour or more before breakfast to allow for a swim before eating (which feels much better on the stomach). It would be great if this hotel would consider opening their spa earlier or offering breakfast until later in the morning.
Also, the massages were thorough and the masseuses were lovely, but perhaps they could keep their phones on silent and play music from a CD, as hearing notifications interrupting the music was a bit disruptive.
Good food menu lots of curries, abit expensive, good spa area a shame the pool is not big enough they have the space to make it bigger. Breakfast is good but since they offer curries on dinner menu they could offer indian breakfast options too, that would be game changer. Shower was a bit hot and cold becareful can burn yourself
i find the receptionist a bit rude, she's quite abrupt and direct
Location was good. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed.
No EV charger on site.
2 hrs delay of the room service.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and very welcoming. They gave me a free drink as it was my birthday and I wasn't expecting it!
Location good for my purposes. Room was adequate and breakfast good.
Having to pay an extra £10 to park my car.
No bottled water in my room.
Everything was great, 3rd time I have stayed. Breakfast a feast except for one small gripe. One of my fried eggs had broken yolk and had been cooked to a cremated level. Not good as I prefer runny yolk and firm whites, other egg perfect.

Rooms were very modern and clean
No menu's in the room to look at, hot tub was out of order.
no much to be honest. rooms are quite small.
no heating working and they still allowed us to sleep in the rooms. went down to the desk on the second day and they explained there was an electrical fault. We froze the first night and they moved us after we complained. first night we arrived really late so were very tired from a long drive.
Location, friendly staff, great size room
