Evening meal was good, value for money,
Breakfast good
THE GYM, SWIMMING POOL WAS GOOD. ANOTHER PLEASANT ADDITION WAS THE TREATMENT ROOM WHERE I MANAGED TO GET GOOD MASSAGE. IT WAS VERY RELAXING.
THE LOCKER WAS NON OPERATIVE. THERE WAS SOME CONTINUOUS HUMMING SOUND COMING WHOLE NIGHT. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VERY LOW BUT STILL IT WAS SLIGHTLY IRRITATING. ON FIRST DAY WHEN WE LEFT FOR BUSINESS OUR BEDS WERE NOT MADE UP BY THE HOUSEKEEPING. ONLY THEY CHANGED THE TOWELS.
Clean, good motorway access. Good breakfast.
Booked into the wrong sized room. Jacuzzi and solarium are out of use and the swimming pool is very compact and shared with public swimming lessons.

Apart from the toaster machine.. given the volume of people it would be nice to have toasters in other locations of the dining area as well.
By the time the bread was toasted my breakfast wasn’t hot anymore. I didn’t think l’d have to put the bread through twice!
As above… a couple more toasters and coffee machines to avoid the long queues. The sink in my room wasn’t 100% clean but l survived. I’m fussy about bathrooms they must be clean. I don’t want to see any black specks or hair.

Has a lovely feel. Entrance and seating areas nice, bright and tidy. Most of the staff are friendly and approachable. Good choice for breakfast. Did not manage to get to the health spa which on my last visit in November was awful. Did not get a chance this time round to see if its improved.
No telephone in the rooms is a little disappointed.
The room
I didn't like being charged for parking my car on the property. Other hotels that I've stayed doesn't charged me for parking so wasn't impressed at this additional cost
