That you could make reservations by 8pm! I had already reserved and the payment had went through and when i got there they said you could only reserve until 8pm, so with that being said I would like my refund please!!!

Nice stay for the price!
Pros:

It was convenient to the highway. Rooms were decorated nicely. The floor could be a little bit cleaner. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was hair in the bed and in the sink, the toilet was not cleaned and was charged for a blanket I KNOW I DID NOT TAKE. Wouldn’t give me a refund bc I didn’t go down and complain in first 15 minutes

uncomfortable - room was clean but again lack of sleep

I will never stay at another Super 8 motel!
Pros:

The room was fairly spacious.

Cons:

Much to not like. First of all, the beds are on noisy metal platforms that creak and pop loudly whenever you get in or out of bed, or even just roll over.
Second, I have a bad back and need to to sleep with a pillow under my knees. The motel refused to provide an extra pillow for our stay, I had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow in order to sleep at this motel.
Third, the motel is advertised as "Ocean Springs". However, it is actually miles away from the town and is at the Ocean Springs exit on the interstate.
Fourth, the cost was exorbitant for what was provided. There was a large event going on (Cruise the Coast), but a friend stayed at a much nicer, higher end hotel that was actually on the coast for less than I paid to stay at this Super 8. I would have moved but there was no cancellation by the time I arrived at the motel.
