Ok. Get what you pay for. No other facilities in the room apart from a Tv. Overall rather tired.
No further comment very dated and no in room tea/coffee/kettle
The bed was ok. No kettle facilities in the rooms. Some strange smells about the hotel. Big car park.
Unfortunately the years havent been good for this hotel.
One of the corridors on the way to our room smelt of weed.
When we arrived at our room there were no tea/coffee making facilities, the heating wouldn't turn on, and there was a weird damp smell on the bed somewhere (possibly the headboard).
Member of staff gave us new batteries for the remote, but was told the heating doesn't come on for "another two hours" (this was at about 8pm).
Had to make do with a small electric heater from reception.
Value for money but very basic Was made aware that it had no bar/restaurant well in advance so that was OK. The absence of kettle/tea-making facilities in the room was a surprise. The place is fine, and the staff very helpful, but the place if suffering from neglect and appears to be old-fashioned. However for the price I was charged, it was OK.
Was awfull
Hotel was freezing cold room was dark no tea and coffee in the room no restaurant avoid this place
Have stayed before. The property is tired and seems to be in decline. It was almost empty and consequently the atmosphere was not so good
Very poor hotel.
The room wasn’t clean and the shower’s control is not working
Poor quality throughout the hotel but only hotel in the area that allowed dogs. Price reflects the standard of the hotel. Plus points were that the Bed was comfortable, and plenty of free parking on site.
Booked 2 nights but told to pick my stuff up as they let my room out to someone else. Fire alarm went off at 12am 1 member of staff told me to go outside in car park all residence stayed in their rooms and no staff to check. Dog poo on carpet in coffee lounge picked up but lots of residue and a sign put over it. No kettle in room and one hell of a walk to it from my room. Never been spoken to in such a rude manner especially as they were not honoring the 2nd night just told to clear out.
Basic is the best description. Ok for a night or 2 but not a holiday destination really. Dog friendly which was great.
There was no facilities at tje Hotel jus the room, shouldn't advertise as a hotell
Room smells of stale sweat, stains on carpet and grubby certainly not worth £80 tea and coffee is non existent as it’s on the other side of the hotel not in your room
Dirty, noisy, heating on full blast, no tea and coffee facilities, would not send my worst enemy to stay there
This was perfect for what we needed. Room warm, corridors warm, water warm, no frills but great customer service, sound nights sleep in a comfy, clean bedroom with a new carpet. Very quiet, accomdated our child and dog extremely well where other hotels would not. Thank-you
No restaurant, no bar, no other guests, looked unappealing, felt unappealing, Didn't even bother to check in, just moved on.
Saty was adequate but been unable to call or get answers to me email to simply asked for an invoice
They cancelled 3 days before .Said no more bookings. So poss refugee block booking.May be wrong. But ruined my wkend
