L’area interna per la colazione è piccola e l’offerta non così abbondante. fuori faceva troppo caldo per fare colazione all’aperto

Lovely staff - amazing location!
Pros:

Our family had an amazing stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools, location but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Justine, Finalize, Andra, Darlize, and Jean Luca (I apologize if I misspelled any names). They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our daughters loved seeing and interacting with them every day—their smiles and positive energy brought so much joy. Their outstanding hospitality made this stay truly worthwhile. Thank you for helping our family create such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Todo en general, la ubicación, el poder aparcar fácilmente, los restaurantes de alrededor.....Pero sobre todo la atención del recepcionista que nos solucionó un error nuestro de forma implecable!!!

Das ist Urlaub!
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Es wurde uns alles erklärt vom Parkplatz, zum Zimmer über den Spa Bereich, das Essen, … einfach perfekt. Auch das Ristorante La Perla del Palazzo ,welches uns empfohlen und der Tisch reserviert wurde, war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Gerne kommen wir wieder 🤗

Irreführende Ausstattung
Pros:

Die Lage in Radda, Parkmöglichkeiten und die Enotecas in Radda waren super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse super, Personal freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Angabe der Pools, Spa Angebote usw. grenzt an irreführende Werbung: Hier werden die Angebote von 4-6 Hotels zusammengefasst um eine offensichtlich breite Palette an Pools und co. anzugeben, die effektiv im Hotel gar nicht erreichbar sind. Vieles davon ist zumindest in Radda selbst in anderen Gebäuden der Hotelgruppe, die Außenpools liegen jedoch ca 10 Autominuten entfernt in anderen Anlagen.

In diesem Haus ist außer dem Café in dem Frühstück angeboten wird und das manchmal auch am Nachmittag als Bar geöffnet ist keine der genannten Angebote.

Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir wohl ein anderes Hotel (evtl sogar eines dieser Gruppe) gebucht. So bleibt aber ein bitterer Beigeschmack.

Schöne Lage direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer war schön, mit einem bequemen Bett. Schönes, elegantes Bad. Besonders toll war, dass man die Pools der beiden in der Nähe befindlichen Partnerhotels benutzen konnte. Angesichts der Hitze während des Aufenthalts ein Segen

Cons:

Das Hotel preist ausdrücklich in seinem Namen schon seinen Spa. Aber der war auch außerhalb und kostete extra pro Person 25,00€. Dafür wurden 2Punkte abgezogen
