Funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos, café da manhã fantástico, quarto confortável e bem decorado
Falta tomada perto da cama, tinha apenas uma tomada de um dos lados da cama
Room and bathroom, very spacious and nice. Miguel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with recommendations. The breakfast items were delicious. It was the only hotel we stayed that did not have a buffet. We were anxious to see how that would work. We were not disappointed. There is a beautiful outside roof top area to eat with fabulous views. It was too chilly for us but they did have overhead heaters and lap blankets. Location was good. We were able to walk to many sites but be prepared to walk the hills! We loved Lisbon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
In addition to the excellent location the hotel was stylish and elegant, but warm and comfortable too. All of the staff were extremely professional, welcoming and helpful.
Nothing to report
recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the finest hotels in Lisbon, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The location is unbeatable — right in the city center and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re exploring historic streets, shopping, or dining, everything is just steps away. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the hotel’s warm and elegant décor. The ambiance feels luxurious yet inviting, making it easy to relax immediately. The rooms are impressively spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. They even have post stamps in the room for you to send a postcard to your friends/family. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member — from the doorman to the reception team to the restaurant staff — delivers outstanding hospitality. They go above and beyond, even remembering your name and addressing you by your last name, which adds such a personal and thoughtful touch. If you stay here, booking the spa is an absolute must. The facial treatments using Susanne Kaufmann products are incredible. I strongly recommend therapists Sarah and Jessica — both are highly skilled and provide a truly rejuvenating experience. Don’t miss the rooftop bar for stunning views and a fantastic atmosphere. Also, make sure to dine at BAHR restaurant — the food is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. With its top-notch service, prime location, and overall excellence, this is hands down the best hotel in Lisbon. Don’t bother looking at any other hotels — this is the one.
Staff were amazing. Quality of food, rooms everything.
Lovely hotel with attention to details like welcome drink and warm towels when I arrived. Very attentive nice staff in all parts of the hotel.
The breakfast can be ordered al el cart (not sure how to spell) but basically you choose as many breakfast items as you want from a menu. Not a buffet like most hotels. It was exceptional.
The breakfast restaurant is also a restaurant later through the day. Very tasty. Not cheep but neither are most 5 star hotel restaurants.
I had a lovely relaxing massage where they poured me hot tea and had nuts after it was done.
The location is central and close to main landmarks. About 10 min walk from the main square (commercial
Square)
Highly recommend a stay here.
The electronics in the room
Are overly complicated. Many many light switches and levers I couldn’t figure out.
There is an “electronic key” which is hard to use and defeats the purpose of a key.. you have to push for a few seconds before the door opens or turn the key over. It’s dumb.
There are different elevators to different parts of the hotel. Like only one goes to the spa and another to the restaurant. It’s a bit confusing at first.
Also the temperature in my room
Was too cold a lot of the time and I had a hard time balancing it out..
I ordered a room with a balcony but it’s actually more like a window with a bar.. it doesn’t extend outward of the building. It’s fine, just not exactly a balcony..
The breakfast / restaurant with a view
My room had constant electrical problems, with the AC, not working with the lights not working with the outlets not working…
Great location. Very nice room and breakfast. Nice staff.
We have stayed in two rooms, conntected to each other for a week. The overall design elements of the hotel, the location of the hotel, the staff and cleanliness was perfect.
The standard rooms that we have booked were very small. Our rooms were facing a big wall and nothing else. I realised you have to book suites facing the front of the hotel. The gym was really small and not useful. The biggest problem we had is that the famous Bahr Restaurant was closed for the whole week for renovation so we didn't have the chance to eat at the hotel or spend time at the hotel. Not a proper lobby or lobby bar space that you can spend time at.
Excellent service; good quality food
Location was central to everything, rooms were beautiful and well equipped and staff was amazing
The included breakfast was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Exceptional from start to finish. Absolutely loved it and couldn’t fault it. So grateful to everyone there!
