It was a terrific stay—comfortable, elegant, and great location for accessing shopping and sights.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and perfectly served. The facilities were elegant but the staff really shone, from top to bottom.

Cons:

It is an urban setting so there is some noise and light intrusion. There are no grounds, though the view from restaurant and rooftop bar is great.

5-star service with hotel in great location
Pros:

The hotel and staff positively impacted our Lisbon vacation. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at a 5 star level. We enjoyed our suite which was comfortable with lots of space. Room was very quiet despite a busy location. Easy walking from hotel to restaurants. Great location. Breakfast included with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay there for a trip to Lisbon.
