It’s an expensive hotel for what it is and the euros just don’t know anything about service… nothing ever changes

Pros:

We have stayed in two rooms, conntected to each other for a week. The overall design elements of the hotel, the location of the hotel, the staff and cleanliness was perfect.

Cons:

The standard rooms that we have booked were very small. Our rooms were facing a big wall and nothing else. I realised you have to book suites facing the front of the hotel. The gym was really small and not useful. The biggest problem we had is that the famous Bahr Restaurant was closed for the whole week for renovation so we didn't have the chance to eat at the hotel or spend time at the hotel. Not a proper lobby or lobby bar space that you can spend time at.

Top shelf hotel
Pros:

Bairro Alto is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Our top floor suite was wonderful. spacious, good attention to detail.
The location of the hotel is the best in Lisbon. the breakfast was order from menu......excellent.

And dinner was also excellent. Perhaps the greatest asset is the people.....all friendly and professional.

如果有足够预算的话，来里斯本旅游请一定要选这家酒店
Pros:

非常细心，及其耐心给我非常棒的感觉。四星酒店都应该向巴洛奥多酒店学习。酒店前台会为客人感到抱歉因为房间过小的原因，但是显而易见小房间不代表它的东西会少，非常完善的设施，迷你吧和茶点。每次出门回来后都会感到暖心—他们帮我把数据线都缠好了，还为我的眼镜垫了眼镜布……还有很多小细节我就不举例了。总之我对这次的旅游非常满意，并且下次来到里斯本我任然会找这家酒店。

Great location, very nice breakfast terrace. Generally friendly staff in all areas of the hotel with an exception of the breakfast.
