Location is an ideal base for Sorrento, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed that the roof top bar/terrace closed at 18.30 everyday, the hotel definetly missed an opportunity to be a excellent evening drinks venue
Hotel má krásny bazén na 6. poschodí s terasou a úžasným výhľadom, čo bol pre nás jeden z hlavných highlightov pobytu. Ubytovaní sme boli na 4. poschodí a izby boli veľmi pekné, čisté a dobre zariadené. Celkovo sme boli s pobytom spokojní.
Raňajky boli slabšie – malý výber a nie vždy úplne čerstvé. Nevýhodou bola aj skorá zatváracia doba bazéna a baru (18:45). Chýbal sušič na prádlo a na balkóne by sme ocenili pohodlnejšie sedenie.
I had a problem in my room from the first day of my arrival, which was only resolved on the last day of my stay, after I asked at the hotel reception 3 times.
It was a water leak on the bathroom floor.
The hotel was excellent and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. I was truly impressed by their warm, welcoming attitude. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout my stay. I would be delighted to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly, the spaces were clean, the location was convenient, and the views were beautiful.
Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The rooftop bar was great and watching the sunset from there was a highlight.

I loved the location. The quality of the hotel and its rooms. We got upgraded with our room which was great. The breakfast was 10/10 (especially this cake they had which was coconut & chocolate with a white chocolate drizzle, tasted kind of like a bounty bar). The view from the roof top of the ocean was beautiful. The staff were attentive at reception. I lost a scarf on the premises, which had sentimental value, and they quickly found it for me in their lost property.
Nothing major, but the barman at the pool bar could’ve learnt a little about politeness, otherwise everyone was very professional.
It was the beginning of summer and light out so I thought the pool should have been open until about 7.30 or 8pm, but it closed at 6.30.
On-Line description of this property is accurate, excellent location. It is just far enough from the Piazza to allow recreational walking, yet close enough (one long block) to get to the attractions. I could not ask for a better reception and concierge staff. The BEST!

The staff were so friendly and professional and super helpful any time we needed something. I booked this trip to celebrate my birthday and upon check-in we were told we had been upgraded which was unexpected but so welcome and we are extremely grateful for this. The room and general facilities were so clean and modern (one thing I find hard to find in Italy as the style tends to be more old fashion). We found having breakfast included so helpful as the buffet had so many options and we started each day fuelled and without needing to waste time looking for food. The staff even asked us for any negative feedback or anything they should improve on at the end of our stay (huge green flag) but to be honest there was nothing.

The location was amazing, right by the city and right by the train station. the pool was very convenient and much needed with the hot summer days, the rooms were comfortable and staff friendly
The lunch was good and the supper was good, the breakfast was probably my least favorite.
