总体感觉还不错，酒店刚好在ZTL外面，提供免费泊车，早餐和晚餐都很不错，床品和洁具也还可以，去小镇也比较方便，步行10分钟左右，建议晚餐订一晚，其余时间可以在外面选择，酒店对面有一家餐馆天天排队，生意很好。
服务很好，无需改进。
This is a beautiful centrally located, fabulously staffed establishment.
Honestly, we enjoyed our stay as a family of five and will definitely come back.

Our 3rd stay and it was wonderful after sending a little message to the hotel before our arrival they greeted us with such warmth. Irene on reception was amazing and we were told we had had our room upgraded. The room was stunning and we were even gifted a complimentary bottle of wine from the staff. All staff on reception were brilliant and very helpful a real assist to this hotel.
Some changes and upgrades have been made since our last visit and they were just lovely. What is great though is it has not lost its charm and a lot of the original features are still there. The hotel is so immaculate in ever way and in every area. I really cannot fault it.
Brilliant roof top pool, lovely food and drinks available whilst you relax and take in the stunning views.
Breakfast was brilliant and again the staff were brilliant

La posizione è a ridosso del centro per cui molto comoda per i miei spostamenti. La colazione è stata ottima: continentale con ampia scelta, una pastiera sublime, molto buona la brioche veneziana, stessa magnifica sorte il sapore nel mini biscotto amarena; delude un pò il cappuccino, forse poco competitivo con il gusto dei dolci. Sono stimolato nel ritornarci per vivere ulteriori esperienze nelle numerose opportunità che la struttura offre.

Personale gentile e accorto alle esigenze degli ospiti. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Struttura elegante e molto ben tenuta con gradevole terrazza con piscona e giardino ben curato. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Posizione centrale. Prezzo del parcheggio in linea con le alternative a pagamento in zona.
The location is excellent, very close to the center and Piazza Tasso. We received an upgrade to a superior room with a beautiful view. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Cleaning was done daily, sometimes even twice a day, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, the swimming pool was a nice bonus and a perfect spot to relax. The pastries and sweets at breakfast were also delicious!
The breakfast was actually very good and offered a nice selection of cheeses, cold cuts, fresh bread, and delicious sweets. This is just a minor suggestion for improvement: the hot station had the exact same options every day (scrambled eggs and bacon), so a little more variety there would be great.
A comfortable room with all the facilities of a large hotel and an extensive breakfast buffet.
The room design, with only frosted glass between the bathroom and bedroom, reduced privacy in the bathroom.
It was central and had all that we required.
The pillows too flat and hard to sleep on.
The rooms were large and the location was perfect only a block from the Main Street. The rooftop pool and bar were great with a beautiful view.
The only problem was that the pool and upstairs bar closed at 6:30 everyday. If you go on an excursion you don’t get back until 5 so most days they were kicking out a lot of people who would have hung out and drank in the pool
