Excelente! Recomendo e ficaria novamente.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito central! O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e confortável, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel é excelente! Recomendo e ficaria novamente, sem dúvida.

Pros:

De lokatie, niet ver van het centrum maar toch rustig, het zwembad op de rooftop,de garage van het hotel waar we de auto kwijt konden (mits betaling)

Cons:

Het fruitsap bij het ontbijt(aangelengde siroop met water) en heel veel zoetigheid (taart, cracke enz)

Obsluha hotela nad očakavania. Izba nova prerobena velmi pekna čista. Hotel super lokalita.

Cons:

Mohli by byť bohatšie ranajky ale splnili očakavania. Bazen na streche nebol vyhrievany.

It's a lovely, well maintained hotel with great breakfast and has a peaceful ambiance.
Pros:

We were upgraded to the ocean view and it was a beautiful room. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station. We walked all the way down to the water which was very beautiful, but fairly strenuous. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet to start the day and there is a beautiful garden. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bathrooms were in new condition. It was a great place to stay to explore the city.

A gem of a place. The room & bathroom were spacious.
Pros:

It was in a central position. À walk to the shops and alleys.
The pool on the rooftop looked fantastic as was the bar up there & the views. It wasn’t hot enough weather for me to swim.
The welcome when I arrived was great.
The grounds are lovely with plenty of seating.
The hotel has a short cut at the back to the shops etc. there is a gate that opens with a press of à button.
The breakfast choice was huge (but not Australian style ie bacon & eggs). The dining area was massive with food displayed on various tables so you don’t crowd over one table.
There is a small fridge.

Cons:

I liked it all.
I had a balcony with a door that opens for fresh air but the traffic & scooters etc are so noisy which isn’t the hotels fault.

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of Sorrento!
Pros:

Firstly, the check-in process was truly pleasant. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and not only did we receive an early check-in, but we were also offered an upgrade to a superior room located on the 5th floor. We were fortunate enough to enjoy absolutely breathtaking views of the Sorrento sunset directly from our private balcony. Secondly, The location here is absolutely fantastic – it’s conveniently situated very close to the station, the city centre, and also just a short walk to the elevator that will take you directly to the Sorrento port.
Thirdly, they offer a really extensive selection of continental breakfast options.

Cons:

Perhaps we could have a wider variety of food options available for dinner, which would allow us to easily order from the hotel restaurant.
