It was excellent and will be booking to go back again soon.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with very good options to choose from. We received a free upgrade on arrival. Lovely balcony looking onto Sorrento hills behind town. Great shower. Clean and tidy. Invited to party on rooftop for local celebrations. Very close to town centre.

Cons:

Tv remote wasn't user friendly. Could be better for selecting tv channels and adjusting volume.

Pros:

Boa localização, hotel antigo mas ficamos em um quarto reformado, espaçoso e com sacada.
Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Minha esposa acabou queimando o cabelo no secador (desregulado) oferecido pelo hotel, e mesmo avisando â recepcionista, nada mais foi feito além de trocarem o aparelho, nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas.
A piscina é um pouco antiga.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel, proche du centre, chambre spacieuse avec grand balcon. Très confortable.

Excellent customer service, beautiful rooms, great location, delicious breakfast buffet
Pros:

The hotel breakfast was amazing. Everything was very fresh, very high quality, and there was a large variety available. We also got a free upgrade to their best room with a gorgeous view of Sorrento and the coastline.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing and lots of places to sit
Pros:

The rooftop pool was divine and not very busy. They provided towels every day which was lovely. The rooftop bar space and lunch was exquisite and the views were fabulous. The room was excellent with a balcony but there was a lot of traffic noise outside, but we got used it and didn’t mind.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t seem to be that busy during the day and yet there seem to be loads of people for breakfast. It was so handy to the time I am suspecting that people were going on day trips. We had half board and the menu was always the same which was fine as we were only there for three nights and could try something different every night but after a week I would imagine it would get boring.

Emplacement idéal, à proximité de la gare ( train et bus à 5 minutes à pied), du centre ville animé ( magasins restaurants bars à 5 minutes à pied).
Chambre récemment rénovée avec goût au 4eme étage côté mer, balcon vue soleil couchant

Cons:

La piscine sur le rooftop ferme à 18h, c’est un peu tôt pour en profiter après une journée d’excursion

Bien pero no vale la pena la media pensión . La cena no es buena y el restaurante tampoco
Pros:

La habitación muy linda pero sin vista

Cons:

El restaurante, la atención de los meseros inexperta y descuidada, mesas enormes pensadas para grupos, muy mala ambientación . No recomiendo comer allí .
El bar muy malo .

Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to the train station so we could walk to the hotel when we arrived and when we departed (5 minutes) . It was only a 10 minute walk to the main town center so it was ideal walking into town for dinner. The breakfast was great. Lots of selection and the staff was attentive and refreshed the food frequently. The front desk concierge was awesome . I can't remember his name but he was very professional and made sure we were well taken care of.
