Friendly and accommodating staff. Homey feel to it. Nice restaurant downstairs. Good bed.
Some parts were a bit worn, like window sills and some decorative elements, but it’s nothing that would affect your stay in any way.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the start. I was traveling with a group of students, and they all felt very welcome and at home during our time here.
What stood out the most, however, was the reception service. The male receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. He assisted us with everything we needed, answered our questions patiently, and made sure our stay went smoothly. His professionalism and friendliness really made a difference. we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Erinomainen aamiainen ja hieno näköala suoraan Aurajoelle. Tilat olivat siistit ja viihtyisät kauttaaltaan. Erityinen bonus siitä, että aamiaisella kahvikannu tuotiin pöytään ja tarjonta oli erittäin monipuolinen.

Hotellin sijainti Aurajoen rannalla lähellä ydinkeskustaa on luonnollisesti erinomainen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas.
Hotellissa oli pieniä remontteja meneillään ja esimerkiksi ravintolaan mennessä rakennustelineet olivat tiellä. Tämä ei luonnollisestikaan ole huono asia seuraaville vieraille.
