No geral, foi uma boa experiencia num predio muito bonito
Pros:

O hotel e bem localizado e bonito, fiquei num quarto superior, atendimento e cafe da manha excelente. Tb usei o transfer e gostei muito. O quarto e de bom tamanho, limpo e confortavel, no geral.

Cons:

Quartos superiores deveriam oferecer toupao e chinelos. Tb o colchao nao era firme o suficiente e te jogava pra fora da cama. E so o que nao gostei.

Le prix du parking est exorbitant. D'autant plus que ce n'était pas indiqué dans la réservation qu'il n'était pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre

bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

ottima accoglienza specialmente al nostro cane :-) , il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o essigenza, bellissima la camera con il letto xxl piu comodo mai provato fino ad ora in una struttura alberghiera.
la colazione fantastica, tantissima scelta di ottima qualità.
la posizione del albergo é molto vicina al centro e perfetta per girare a piedi.
il posteggio nel garage comodissimo.
eccezionale il ristorante.

Very good hotel, but slight preference for the other NH in Piazza Carlina, airier and quieter.
Pros:

Very good central location; comfortable, well-equipped room with very good bed, large garderobe and adequate bathroom. (no window or bidet). Parking underneath directly accessible from the hotel elevator. Very professional and courteous front desk. Spectacular open staircase but...

Cons:

...beware when taking it downstairs without grippy shoes. A real drawback is the small but noisy road in front of the hotel, we were at the second floor and you need to keep your window closed; next time we'll take a higher floor. We didn't take breakfast, but in the other NH in Piazza Carlina it was exceptional, likely same here.
