Great stay. The suite was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was great both mornings with plenty of choice.
Spa and pool lovely and relaxing.
Will definitely stay again when we’re next in Nottingham.
All areas were very clean and bright
This was absolutely a highlight of my trip. Quiet, relaxing, and the food was fantastic.
I was very impressed with the greeting I had when I arrived at the hotel. The member of staff (Josh if I recall correctly) was genuinely friendly both when I arrived and when I checked out. Other staff were also courteous and helpful which made the stay pleasant.
Room was nice as was the breakfast. Staff were friendly and would stay again. Good location close to the motorway. One downside was that a fan in the room was really dusty and needed a good vaccum.

The property itself is not bad, with a nice location. The staff at the front desk and swimming pool area were satisfactory. However, the cleaning staff did a poor job, leaving behind cobwebs and dust in the room. The room temperature was not regulated well, with some guests feeling too cold due to the inactive heating system. The bathroom was particularly dirty. I recommend improving the cleanliness.
Check in was very average no information offered about breakfast or the spa had to ask. Room was big but pillows were too soft. Breakfast was ok a bit messy and table was not laid properly but food was nice and a varied spread. Check out was not very good there was a queue of people of about 6 people all waiting no other staff available it help. Overall it was not worth the money Zi could have got better service at one of the well known alternatives.
100% fell short of four star hotel. Absolute rip off for the price and very poor attention to detail throughout. Basics like hand soap dispensers were broken in all bathrooms. Breakfast juice was off and fizzy, bathroom on arrival had someone else’s hair bands on the floor, no loo roll in cubicles, the list was endless..I came here for a business event and hope to never have to return

Parking is free.Which is a nice touch.As others charge you.No Aircon for those hot summers though.
I liked everything except finding a pubic hair on the bed sheet when I pulled back the cover. Sheet looked clean and I assume it had been washed but somehow this remnant remained. I would have thouhgt housekeeping would notice / check for such things when making the bed. Grossed me out somewhat.
Customer service excellence and fantastic facilities
Used the swimming pool. Which was great after a journey. Met my daughter husband and 8 month old granddaughter. Granddaughter loves the water.
Room comfortable. Evening meal very nice and reasonable priced. As we were going to a wedding we asked for a packed lunch of sandwiches and crisps. Which were nothing special but over priced.
As before lovely hotel friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast convenient location as attended a wedding.
Check in easy.
Room as expected. Bathroom dirty had to wash bath and sink before i could use which although was not a hardship i shouldnt have had to.

8.30 and run out of mushrooms no more being cooked that day. Coffee machine was difficult to work out.
The bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Until smike alarm went off at 7.30 am

Hotel was as previous stay excellent. Very friendly stuff, excellent food, the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a hotel.
I can’t fault this hotel and I’ve stopped in quite a few.
Looking forward to going back there next week for another two nights.
The room was nice and had everything that we needed, plenty of parking and a good selection at breakfast. The leisure facilities were good but a little bit crowded so we didn’t stay long.
