Decent bed linen.
Nice breakfast room. Decent supply of hot food. (but didn't supply proper cutlery, disposable only)
The noisiest stay in our 10 day road trip. We barely slept. Our room, 104, was just off reception, and there is little sound proofing. You can hear everything going on in the reception area. And the hotel had some rather excitable guests staying that night - sounded like they were enjoying the novelty of staying away from home - and so were making a lot of noise until well into the early hours of the morning.
The oldest bathroom in our 10 day road trip. Looked like some rather amateur repairs.
The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate. We knew that, so that wasn't a surprise.
Days Inn is great! I've stayed here in 2016 before and had the chance to go drive to Vancouver again after 10 years so naturally this was my first preference. It did not disappoint. I also told the staff that our stay in 2016 great and I'm glad they've maintained the hotel all these years. The breakfast is probably one of the best in the area within its Tier of hotels. We had to request a room swap so our family can all be on one floor and they happily accommodated us the next day as soon as the room was available. Totally recommend Days Inn.

Very rude property manager. If there is a problem, expect it to be solved through conversation. There is no customer who expects the other person to shout rudely, especially when you get a downgraded room, saying that there was no room I reserved.

The floor felt dirty, the bathroom fan was hanging out the ceiling.
It had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, air con worked very well, towels were thick, toiletries were good quality, breakfast had good options, very quiet, clean. Husband liked the iron!
Plates and cups were paper - supposedly compostable but it all gets mixed with the plastics and food waste so don’t know how good that is. Cutlery was wood. Prefer at least to have proper cutlery. Coffee was not what I’d call coffee and no tea in room - only “coffee”
