Relais Villa San Martino

Durant notre sejour, le personnel a ete au petit soin, ils ont tous ete souriants et serviables. Le cadre est magnifique, et au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, rien ne manque. Nous l'avons quitte a regret...

Hôtel très décevant pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.Un manque de personnel, le ménage pas fait dans les chambres, aspirateur jamais passé ni le balai, juste un changement de serviette et lit fait et c’est tout.La baignoire les joins sont noirs, la douche d’une autre époque, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche car un très vieux système. En revanche petit déjeuner excellent de très bons produits.Compte de tous ces désordres j’aimerais que vous mettiez à l’étude une compensation, pour rappel nous avons déboursé 1600€ pour 6 jours, nous nous attendions à très bien traité. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The pool is okay, but the rooms are dirty. It was impossible to eat the breakfast at all. Even the cutlery and glasses were dirty. We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. However, the nearby restaurant Bros was absolutely wonderful, but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to eat there. There was dirty water in the bathtub when we arrived at the room, and the floors were filthy. The gate didn’t open when we arrived, so we had to go inside to ask them to open it so we could drive in with the car. No one helped with the luggage, and it was quite a walk from the parking lot. I do not recommend this hotel — there are so many lovely places for half the price.

Le lieu est magique et vaut 6 etoiles…. Par contre l entretien et la gestion 3 max.
Aucune information à l arrivée sur restau de l hôtel, rien ds la chambre sur spa/sport/menus
Le gros du problème est surtout le manque d entretien et le personnel un peu perdu . 3 serveurs au petit dej ( succin ms bons produits).. et attente de 15 mn du café.
L état d entretien de la chambre «  luxe «  est à revoir et la femme de chambre fait un service minimum ( change les serviettes.. et laisse le sol sans nettoyage, cf dessous lit en photos).
C est dommage que ce domaine ne soit pas géré comme il devrait.
Pour être honnête un effort sur le nettoyage extérieur a été fait en fin de séjour après des avis négatifs !
Mais il reste des transats en mauvais état, des morceaux de verre sur notre terrasse ( à vous de trouver une table et chaise manquante devant des chambres in occupées ).
Bref bel endroit ms loin de valoir plus de 200 e la nuit et ne mérite pas 5 étoiles ( service impeccable).

Brusehoved var i stykker. Ekstra-sengen var i stykker. Da vi trak gardiner do om aften, var de fyldt med edderkopper. Væggene var fugtige. Et værelse lugtede kraftig af skimmelsvamp. Service til morgenmaden sidste dag var elendig. Vi bestilte en kaffe og the, tre gange, og han kom med det forkerte. Helt mørkt om aften, i området foran værelset. Vi måtte bruge mobiltelefonen, for ikke at brække armen og ben, for der lå en kost midt i det hele, ud over blomsterkasser.

From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately. The two front desk staff were also very helpful. The pictures and description of this Villa do not do the place justice. Highly recommended.

Hôtel situé à 5 min de Martina Franca dans un très grand domaine avec piscine très bien entrenu le soleil n était pas parmi nous durant ce séjour mais tous les services sont sur place
Plusieurs restaurants sont un dans les trulli
Le parc est splendide mais le must est le petit déjeuner gigantesque et de très bonne qualité

The stuff where amazing , always helpful and friendly. Anything you ask they respond with no issues. We loved the breakfast and how authentic is the hotel it self. Room are very spacious and clean.
But mostly we loved the location , so quite and the gardens around the hotels are so beautiful
