Cons:

Hotel classificato 4 stelle Superior, ma con diversi gravi problemi che non giustificano affatto la categoria.

Siamo arrivati a inizio luglio (non in nel pieno della settimana di Ferragosto) e già il primo giorno abbiamo scoperto che la piscina era al completo: nessun lettino disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto attendere un’ora e mezza seduti in disparte per recuperare un paio di sdraio. In alternativa veniva proposta la spiaggia convenzionata, raggiungibile solo in auto o auto con la navetta dell’hotel la quale passa ad orari molto limitati, al costo di 60 € per due lettini e un ombrellone. Un prezzo decisamente alto, considerato che si tratta comunque della “spiaggia dell’hotel”.

Il pranzo al bar piscina è stato deludente: abbiamo ordinato un prosciutto e melone che consisteva in due fette di melone e tre di prosciutto (foto allegata), con porzioni in generale scarse. Non siamo stati gli unici a lamentarci: alla receptionist anche altri ospiti si lamentavano delle porzioni ridotte sia a pranzo che a cena, segno di un problema più ampio.

La colazione a buffet è mediocre: brioches quasi vuote, bacon molle, cappuccino di scarsa qualità erogato da una macchinetta automatica (in cucina) tipo ufficio. Nulla che faccia pensare al livello promesso di un 4 stelle superior, anzi traspare una costante tendenza al risparmio. La cena proposta costa 60 € a persona per un antipasto, un primo, un secondo e un dolce: dopo il pranzo e la colazione, abbiamo preferito cenare altrove in uno dei buonissimi ristoranti di Pula.

Un altro problema, anche se non completamente imputabile all’hotel: la presenza costante di vespe durante colazione, pranzo e cena, davvero fastidiosa.

Le camere sono effettivamente curate e piacevoli, ma anche qui emergono dettagli poco curati: la TV è minuscola e con solo digitale terrestre, davvero non in linea con uno standard di 4 stelle superior. Il personale in generale è gentile, ma non sempre preparato o attento.

Pros:

Questo resort è il posto giusto in cui rilassarsi nel silenzio della natura! Lo staff è tutto estremamente gentile e disponibile. La struttura è molto accogliente, spaziosa ed arredata con gusto. La camera molto ampia, dotata di tutte le comodità e ovviamente pulitissima! Tenuta alla perfezione la piscina con dei lettini comodissimi, bello lo spazio verde circostante anche se io pianterei qualche albero in più. Ricca e varia la colazione con opzioni sia dolci che salate, è tutto squisito. Possibilità di esser accompagnati in spiaggia con un servizio navetta.
Soggiornare presso questo resort è stato molto riposante, lo consiglio assolutamente!

Gediegenes großzügiges Hotel mit Meerblick
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, frisch renoviertes und gediegenes Hotel. Äußerst zuvorkommender Service. Großzügige Anlage von der Lobby über die Bar bis hin zum Restaurant mit Innen- und Außenbereich. Schönes Wasserbecken an der Restaurantterrasse erweckt den Eindruck, dass man am Meer sitzt. Großer weitläufiger Poolbereich mit schöner Poolbar. In 5 min ist man mit dem Auto am Strand oder in Pula mit der historischen Stätte Nora. Der Golfclub in der Anlage Is Molas ist sehr gut gepflegt und gibt Rabatt für Hotelbewohner.

Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel
Pros:

Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel. Service can be improved. Some of the staff were very friendly. I was there for a Retreat Show, so there were quite a lot of people, with full occupancy. I wish there were more vegetables and healthier options. I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful hotel with private vibe
Pros:

The room was spotless, and the property is incredible for spending several days. The breakfast was spectacular — you can enjoy it right by the infinity pool with a great variety of options. The beach club is a wonderful spot to have a drink at the bar and watch the sunset.

Cons:

Check-out is quite early, and the rooms are not very well sound-insulated, so you can hear some noise from neighboring rooms. The sunbeds at the beach club are quite overpriced (around €60) considering the beach has pebbles and is not particularly pleasant for swimming. That said, given there are very few sunbeds and the beach has a very private and peaceful atmosphere, it’s somewhat understandable — just not my kind of beach day.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist ein Golfhotel! Das haben wir nicht beachtet ,weil wir ein Hotel gesucht haben dass eine Elektroladestation für Autos anbietet.Wir kamen an und es war nicht vorhanden. Die Receptionistin war eher unfreundlich und hat nicht nachgefragt wo wir das gelesen haben.Auf Booking.com war dies aber angegeben.Bitte streichen Sie diese Info.
