It surpassed any expectations I may have had!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the breakfast and how welcomed I felt by the staff. I was continually surprised by some new piece art or architectural detail of your building. Lastly the front desk staff was always very helpful when I had a question.

The best hotel in this part of Palermo, and highly recommended.
Pros:

My wife and I were driving around Sicily spending one night per B&B/Hotel and Palermo was our first and last night's stay. We arrived in Palermo with sun as the week before it was raining heavily. Hotel Joli were great in arranging valet parking as I was tired of trying to park anymore in Sicily. Valet parking was great and very reasonably priced, 100% of the payment went to the valet. The hotel is near the port area of Palermo and certainly more 'upmarket' than our previous hotel and part of Parlermo. Room was clean and lovely. Staff all very friendly. Very nice hotel and a great Pizzaria opposite which served the most amazing pizzas all cooked in front of the dining area, see photos.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked, even the parking issues I had all week were no longer an issue here as the hotel took care of this with a local valet service.

Verrassend fraai en centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

Prachtige ruime hoekkamer met mooi plafond

Cons:

Lift stopt op tussenverdieping. Op de kamer is geen waterkoker of koffiezettertje. De " bar" was in de avond dicht dus daar was ook niet nog een kopje thee te krijgen. Na een tweede keer vragen kwam er een kopje heet water wasr we eigen thee in konden doen.
