La chambre ne nous a pas plu (numéro 109 au 3ème étage). Dès l’entrée dans la chambre, il fallait descendre un petit escalier raide et effrayant. La chambre était petite, pas très propre et étouffante. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas : elle ne faisait que souffler de l’air chaud et ne refroidissait pas du tout. La fenêtre donnait sur la cage d’escalier et une partie d’une petite terrasse.

Le premier jour, en début d’après-midi, nous étions assises sur la terrasse, très fatiguées du voyage. En partant, j’ai oublié mes lunettes de soleil Burberry d’une valeur de 200 €. Quand je suis revenue le soir, elles avaient disparu. Nous nous sommes adressées aux femmes de ménage et au personnel de la réception. Évidemment, ils ont répondu que personne n’avait trouvé de lunettes et, à notre demande de vérifier les caméras, ils ont refusé.

Le petit-déjeuner était horrible : les œufs étaient pourris et avariés, et le reste n’était pas varié, avec très peu de nourriture.

En résumé, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Cons:

Había un olor terrible y súper incómodo a cloaca, era imposible dormir con la puerta del baño abierta con ese olor tan desagradable, el aire acondicionado no iba muy bien, habían humedades en las paredes ocultas con cuadros, el plato de ducha estaba roto y el agua salía por todas partes, en general las instalaciones estaban en muy mal estado.
