La Serena 2026
Pros:

Primera vez que visito el hotel. Me tocó habitación en el piso 2, yo elegí mirando a la ciudad porque sabía que pasaría poco en el hotel y más en la playa. Tenía buena luz natural, cama cómoda, hartas almohadas, buena TV y baño cómodo. El restaurante para el desayuno tiene un buffet muy rico, se preocupan de que esté siempre repuesto, variedad de pan, pastelitos, fruta, yogurt, selección de té y aguas de hierbas etc y Adrián y los chicos que atienden ahí muy preocupados de todo. La piscina muy rica y el lugar ahí está exquisito para reposar y tomar sol. Las personas de recepción muy atentas y dispuestas a responder dudas al igual que las personas del aseo.

La ubicación excelente. Mejoraron el desayuno (ya había estado acá antes). Caminando se llega al Faro y a distintos restaurantes y cafeterías. Al lado del hotel,, está una de las mejores cafeterías de la avenida del mar, "La Trinidad". Merece la pena hacer fila para entrar.

Cons:

Dos cosas: 1) El olor del baño. Lo hice saber a la recepción, se supone volvieron a asearlo y el olor no se pasó. No se si era a humedad, pero yo lo sentía como olor a orina. Hasta compré por.mi cuenta un desinfectante de olores, rocié todo el baño, hasta la cortina y el olor persistió. 2) La habitación daba hacia la playa, excelente vista, pero la ventana no se podía cerrar, por lo que el ruido ambiente, autos, motos, gente ruidosa, no pernitió un buen descanso. Con buena mantención y el uso de doble panel en sus ventanas, mejoraría muchisimo.

Reservamos en dptos. Totalmente confortable.
Atención amable, limpieza total, apacible.
Frente a la playa para poder ir incluso en la noche a caminar. Desayuno top.
