A las 9:30 am aparecen maestros en el balcón para hacer reparaciones
Mandé un correo de reclamos y aún no recibo respuesta.

Valor injusto, diferente do booking na hora do pagamento, reservei 2 quartos para 2 pessoas e na hora da reserva a recepção cobrou por pessoa, pois alegou que a reserva foi somente para 2 pessoas e não para 4.
