Cómodo, hermoso y central, completamente recomendable.

La luz de la habitación muy tenue y al colocar una ampolleta con luz fría y una con luz calida no se veía muy bien. Hay puntos en los cuales se puede mejorar tal como colocar quizás un frigobar en al habitación y aire acondicionado.

Desinteressierte und unfähige Rezeption

Ich gab schon beim Check in bekannt, dass ich am Abreisetag ein Taxi brauche, um zum Busterminal zu kommen (ca 4 km entfernt). Die Rezeptionistin gab mir nur eine Karte mit dem QR Code eines Taxiunternehmens, versicherte mir aber zweimal, dass dieses ein 24/7 Service habe. Am Abreisetag rief ich dann um 7 Uhr per WhatsApp ein Taxi, bekam aber nur eine automatisierte Antwort.
Der Rezeptionistin versuchte dann ein Taxi anzurufen, ohne Erfolg. Er war völlig desinteressiert an meiner Lage, es war inzwischen schon 20 nach 7, und ich ging die 4km zu Fuß, mit Gepäck, im Finstern, z.T. neben der Autobahn.. mit Mühe erreichte ich meinen Bus.
Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass man in einem Hotel kein Taxi bestellen kann, noch dazu mit Vorankündigung.
Das Ganze hatte sicher Expeditionscharakter und ist gut ausgegangen. Wer das nicht möchte, sondern ein Hotel mit gutem Service und gutem Frühstück, sollte hier auf keinen Fall absteigen!

La habitación excesivamente pequeña, y la pared del baño que era parte de la pieza estaba con una grieta desde el techo al piso. En La Serena hay permanentemente sismo. Es un riesgo para las personas que estan haciendo uso de la habitación. Muy caro el valor de la habitacion para el tipo de comodidad que se brinda al turista, específicamente en esa pieza.
