La falta de mantencion al baño, sólo tiene una cortina plástica horrible, la ducha tiene poca presión y el agua sale fría. El último día nos bloquearon la tarjeta de la habitación 1 hora antes del horario de check out.

Prefiero el Hotel Chagual mil veces antes que Hotel Canto del Mar, pero destaco su buena ubicación
Pros:

Creo que lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel.
La cama era cómoda, sobre todo las almohadas que estaban bien rellenas, pero la cama y pieza eran DEMASIADO frías.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, pero siendo sincera reservé por los comentarios del desayuno y creo que lo mejor era el café, el resto deja bastante que desear versus hostales con desayuno de este tipo.

Cons:

Detesté la atención del recepcionista, no hubo cordialidad ni una preocupación por informar áreas de interés del hotel, tampoco dónde quedaba la sala para desayunar, si se podía salir al sector de piscina aunque no estuviese permitido bañarse, muy poco atento, sin mencionar que se tocó 4 veces el timbre y nadie acudió a abrir la puerta, para luego al intentar abrir y ver que había una persona en recepción que ni por cámara se percató que estaba ahí.
No es que él haya sido mal educado, pero se esperaba mayor atención e información por su parte.

Bueno si no eres exigente, pero paso para una próxima vez.

La vista al mar desde la habitación.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es pequeño. Los baños necesitan una remodelación pues hay óxido y hongos, la silicona mal puesta lo que facilita lo anterior.
El desayuno poco variado.
Por último, podrían limpiar los vidrios x dentro entre pasajero y pasajero ya que estaba marcado con manos.
