Bueno pero para gente joven
Pros:

La ubicación y su restaurante

Cons:

Las duchas no lograron nunca la temperatura correcta en las 2 habitaciones que use.
También el no tener ascensor y falta de personal para llevar las maletas al estacionamiento...que es lejos

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, y aunque le falta una renovación, se nota que es un Hotel de buena calidad.

Cons:

Increíble que para un Hotel de esta categoría haya solo café instantáneo en el desayuno. Especialmente cuando el desayuno está catalogado como excelente.

La ubicación, es limpio, camas cómodas y buena ubicación

Cons:

La mantención en general no es buena. Ventanas que no cierran bien y los baños necesitan remodelación. No había toallas para el piso

Pros:

La ubicación frente al mar en plena avenida es muy cómoda, cerca de locales y el faro. Las camas, muy ricas. Desayuno, abundante y variado.

Cons:

La falta de ascensor para personas con movilidad reducida, y las habitaciones que están de la cocina en el primer, tienen olor a la comida y el calor.

Pros:

La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda, con una terraza privada desde donde se podía disfrutar de una hermosa vista al mar y del atardecer.

La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, tanto por teléfono como durante el check-in. Fueron muy amables, atentos y claros al entregar toda la información.

La ubicación también es muy buena. Justo al lado del hotel hay una cafetería, locales de dulces, farmacia, minimarket y restaurantes. Además, basta con cruzar la calle para llegar a la playa.

Un lugar muy agradable para descansar y disfrutar de La Serena.

Cons:

No tengo comentarios negativos. Mi experiencia fue muy agradable y la estadía cumplió con mis expectativas.

Lugar cómodo y accesible con hermosa vista al mar.
Pros:

Me gustó la comodidad de la habitación, la amabilidad del personal y el restaurante Fontana Beach muy agradable para cenar cerca del hotel. También la proximidad con el mar es muy buena.

Cons:

Un detalle del desayuno. Si bien esta incluido el desayuno buffet, me llamó la atención que el café se deba pagar aparte. A menos que uno utilice Nescafé en polvo que en ese caso es gratis. Si no desean servir café de máquina exprés al menos hacer café en cafetera de goteo y dejarlo en jarras cómo hacen en la mayor parte de hoteles. Creo que desmerece el servicio y es un detalle un poco raro.
