يبعد عده دقائق عن المدينة القديمه في خط واحد.
كما توجد مطاعم الحلال الإيغور باتجاه المدينه القديمه بعد الإشارات يسار.
ومخبز مخبوزات.

Staff are quite friendly which adds extra points to the hotel. Breakfast is not bad. Location is very good.
It's a bit of an old fashioned hotel, which I didn't expect. Sometimes I could smell cigarettes when I stepped in.

The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good with sufficient varieties of Chinese and western food.
The sound isolation could be improved as phone ringing in the adjacent room can be clearly heard.

Very nice and big room, they upgraded me on arrival to a kind of suite, at 36th floor, with beautiful view
Dinner in the restaurant just basic, not too many options to choose from, some noodles soups and few other international dishes. I went there once, I tried a noodle soup that wasn't that great, just average.
Very difficult to explain to waiter what I wanted, poor or no English at all in the restaurant, translation and speak needed via smartphone, that is simply ridiculous and I don't like that method.
However there are few other restaurants around the hotel.
About the location, is not true that hotel is 6 mins walking from the West lake as they say: it is a well 15 mins walk (not slowly) via the most direct street (Pinghai Road).
Eve though the metro station is a bit far away the location is very good to easily reach the west lake. Very good breakfast and helpful personnel. Comfortable room.
For some reason there were issues with the booking that resulted cancelled even if I never cancelled it, but the problem was solved by the desk lady.
Room is big, near the mall walkable distance.

Great location , great breakfast , good service , changed our rooms immediately when I said I didn’t like the view of the back of the hotel. They arranged street view on higher levels .

The hotel is located near the West Lake where it is easy accessible to the busy areas and night life. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options. The staff were polite and professional. Well recommended.
Maybe, the room facilities could consider updating at some stages. Nonetheless, it is on a high standard.
This hotel is at the heart of some busy restaurants, and old shopping streets, that maintain their charm. It is also relatively easy to access from the highway.
I have been visiting this hotel for years, but much of the hotel as not changed, and improved in a long time. Some of the rooms are quite dated now, and haven't been modernised. The swimming pool and gym were closed, these were a key selling point of this hotel.
