First I didn’t like you couldn’t come in to check in.You are basically standing at a window.Handed my id through slot no conversation from the person handling intake check in.

TV not working but they fixed the problem
Where do i start? Booked with Expedia. 1 king non smoking. Arrive and i am told i need to pay $20 cash extra for a non smoking room. I told them no, ill just take the smoking room. The only good thing i can say about the place is at least the room didn't smell so bad of smoke that i would have left. The room was outdated. Stains on walls, stained shower drain (which didn't drain very well), dead bugs on the floor. The sheets had burn holes and everything looked washed but dingy. Metal bed frame sounded like a drum set with every movement. Uncomfortable matress.The parking lot is a drug dealers dream. Will never even consider this place again. I would be more comfortable in the back of my truck. Do not recommend.

Standing outside to check in! Room was not cleaned. Towels and wash clothes were like Brillo pads. Would never go there again nor recommend it to anyone.

For the price I paid I'd have to admit it was worth the stay there. Didn't have any problems with management or residents staying there. Felt quite & semi-safe. A far cry from the previous owners and/or management. This hotel was notorious for homeless ppl & prostitution hangouts, drug dealing/buying/using of such, & just unnecessary drama {constantly} to the point law enforcement would assign someone to just sit & hangout in the hotel parking lot, especially at night on weekends. As a life time resident of The Greater City of Lafayette, I can honestly say you've definitely cleaned that place up & hopefully some of its reputation for the positive. Conveniently located just seconds off Interstate-10 on side service road. Customer service was extremely nice to be. I was attempting to wash/dryer my laundry, but appeared to be having a minor difficulty with the machine I'd chosen. My lost laundry fee amount was refunded & another better machine offered with same laundry cleaning time. My being held up over the laundry issue (unfortunate all my laundry needed cleaning) caused me not being able to shower before check out time at 11:00 am, so before I was able to finish asking management; I was granted permission to stay for as long as needed to shower. Thank you kindly, sir.
It was a nice place and it was clean and affordable. The only problem was the tub didn't drain well. Over all it is a good place to stay

Absolutely disgusting. This hotel was hands down the dirtiest place I have ever stepped foot in. The baseboards were covered in filth, the walls were stained, and the floors were so sticky and dirty I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. The room reeked of a musty, mildew-like smell, and to top it off, the sheets had bugs in them.
The door didn’t seal properly, making it feel unsafe—especially with the constant foot traffic outside in the parking lot. The area itself was sketchy, and I even spotted a used needle near the entrance. The outdated TV was the least of my concerns, but it only added to the overall neglected feel of the place.
I couldn’t bring myself to stay the night. Instead, I cut my losses and found a much cleaner, safer hotel down the road. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
