NO ME AGRADO QUE AL HACER LA RESERVACION NO MENCIONARON QUE EL HOTEL ESTABA EN REMODELACION, POR LO QUE FUE INCOMODO, ADEMAS EN LA HABIATACION EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO HACIA UN RUIDO BASTANTE FUERTE Y NO NOS DEJO DESCANSAR, ADEMAS DE QUE EN LAS HABITACIONES SE ESCUCHA TODO EL RUIDO DE LAS DEMAS HABITACIONES. EN LA HABITACION DE ARRIBA ARRASTRABAN SILLAS Y TAMPOCO DEJO DORMIR, LA ATENCION DE LA RECEPCION NO ME AGRADO EN LO ABSOLUTO, DEBERIAN PONER A PERSONAL MAS AMIGABLE.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el desayuno bastante bien, básico pero estaba muy rico todo.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y el proceso de check in tardó un poco por otra huésped que no se que problema tenía, el mío fue bastante rapido.

Excelente lugar para descansar y cuenta con todas las amenidades ya sea tema laboral o personal.
Pros:

El horario en que dan el desayuno es excelente, nadie lo da antes de las 7 am y para los que viajamos por trabajo es fundamental tener un alimento super temprano. Me sorprendió y lo valoro mucho.

Cons:

El proceso de facturación a pesar de haber sido rápido, mi experiencia fue llegar hacer check in, cansado y con ganas de tocar cama y me solicitaron llenar datos para mi factura lo cual rechace ya que deseaba llegar a descansar, después de unas horas baje y me dijeron que podia mandar un correo creo que desde un principio me hubieran dado esa opción.
