Pros:

Limpieza, cama muy cómoda, personal muy atento, con ganas de ayudar ante cualquier consulta.
Desayuno correcto y ubicación cerca de puntos de interés.
En general el hotel es recomendable, lo que busco cuando viajo es que la cama sea cómoda, que esté limpio y buena ubicación y este hotel tiene los tres puntos que yo quiero

В номере в унитазе текла вода, что немного мешало ночью. Завтрак часто заканчивался до конца завтрака

Cons:

Ho prenotato 6 stanze con letti singoli mi hanno dato letti matrimoniali. Nonostante le mie rimostr non hanno risolto il problema. Colazione con tanto cibo ma non di qualità alta.

Mirosul de pipi de pisica
Zgomotul produs de traficul stradal si zgomotul din hotel la ore foarte tarzii(24:00-2:00).
Micul dejun-acelasi in fiecare zi.Nu au cafea(doar cafea instant foarte proasta)si nici sucuri
Camerele si hotelul in sine sunt mult mai mici decat in fotografiile de prezentare

El desayuno, el ruido baño y trafico, la tele que no va, el agua caliente de la ducha a veces no va, no habia masaje disponible cuando pregunte por la tarde etc..

Starker Lärm von draußen (Autos und Verkehr), besonders nachts.
• Das Hotel war sehr schmutzig, überall gab es Katzenurin.
• In den ersten drei Nächten funktionierte mein Zimmerschlüssel nicht.
• Jedes Mal musste ich nachts gegen 02:00 Uhr warten, bis ein Mitarbeiter kam, um mir zu helfen.
• Die Zimmermädchen waren sehr laut, standen vor meiner Zimmertür, lachten und unterhielten sich.
• Am Anreisetag gab es in meinem Zimmer weder eine Flasche Wasser noch irgendeine Begrüßung.

если номер не имеет значение можно а так не приемлимо

Только завтрак и расположение.

Cons:

Было запрошено отдельные кровати однако не смогли предоставить. Хотя обещали что будет все ОК.
Кроме того в другом номера где были наши друзья туалет расположен очень неудобный и невозможно сесть. еще воняет кошачье мочой.

Mr bilal he is a very helpful manager
Pros:

We love the atmosphere in the hotel, the people are so welcoming, this place is like our house , this is the third time in. Everyone is perfect, the food is amazing. The room is clean and warm , spacious, well decorated. We just love the place , near the main monument like Hagia Sophya and blue mosque. Just come and you will discover . Come come come .I highly recommend you the place .

Great location and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Superb breakfast to be enjoyed on the rooftop patio! There was a nice variety of food and the view was wonderful.

Cons:

We booked 4 double rooms and a single room. When we got into our rooms, we had 2 "doubles" that actually had 3 beds, so we could have reduced the number of rooms we booked.
