Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και όλα ήταν τοποθετημένα σε θέσεις που να κάνουν τη διαμονή πιο ευχάριστη. Η θέα εάν έχετε κλείσει δωμάτιο προς τη λίμνη (στους επάνω ορόφους) είναι πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό ήταν άκρως εξυπηρετικό και προσπαθούσε να βοηθήσει θετικά με κάθε δυνατό τρόπο.
Γενικά ήταν μια πολύ καλή και ευχάριστη εμπειρία η εκεί διαμονή μας.

Cons:

Το ότι δεν είχε ψυγειακι για κάποιο μπουκάλι νερό ιδίως το καλοκαίρι που είχαμε επιλέξει εμείς να το επισκεφτούμε.

Le petit déjeuner etait copieux, le personnel aux petits soins qui faisait de son mieux pour nous parler en français.Tous très serviables.Le petit déjeuner peut être pris sur la terrasse, c’est super

Certains restaurants à banir à proximité comme le Suisse qui comme il vous accueille tard se permet de drôles de pratique comme vous enlever votre verre d’apéritif qui est vide et vous en ramener un plein que vous n’osez refuser, qui facture les couverts, qui vous change le poisson commandé par la pêche du jour bien plus cher, tout cela avec des serveurs qui semblent ne pas bien maîtriser le français, sauf au moment de l’addition. la difficulté est de dîner après 21H30 dans Bellagio. Malheureusement comme il n’y avait personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel nous n’avons pas pu nous faire conseiller.
