Very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Miss the coffee and yogurt.

Séjour inoubliable sur les rives du Lac de Côme
Pros:

L'Hôtel est situé au coeur du centre historique de Bellagio. Le village en lui même est peut être le plus beau de la région. L'établissement compte des chambres avec vue sur le Lac. Pour y accéder il est vrai qu'il faut monter quelques marches... Il se mérite! Les chambres sont très confortables et on ne manque de rien. Une belle terrasse permet d'admirer le Lac au moment du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner justement: irréprochable! On vous y sert le meilleur Capuccino de la ville! La décoration de l'hôtel est soignée. Tout est propre. On s'y sent bien. Le gros plus: le personnel! L'accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé. Lors de notre réservation nous avions indiqué que nous venions pour nos 20 ans de mariage. Dans la chambre une attention adorable: une bouteille de vin Italien accompagné d'un gentil mot. Cela nous a touché. Nous étions émus! A notre arrivée l'hôtesse d'accueil a été juste parfaite! Nous ne parlons pas Italien... Elle nous a accueilli en Français! (Très honoré que de jeunes Italiens s'intéressent à notre langue!) Les autres membres du personnel sont tout aussi adorables! Nous sommes très reconnaissant pour cela! Si vous arrivez en voiture, l'hôtel met un parking souterrain a disposition. Il se situe à 300 mètres environ de l'hôtel. Ca se fait bien. Bref... Je ne peux que conseiller cet établissement. Ce séjour restera gravé en nous: la beauté du site, des ruelles, du Lac... Le confort de l'hôtel... Les sourires et l'accueil bienveillant du personnel. Pour tout cela: un grand MERCI!
