We always stay when we are on the road visiting family. It’s reasonable in price and located well fo stop off. Staff are super helpful and cheery and welcome you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Especially Tarliek and he even remembered us 😊
Jane and Lorraine and sherrie are very lovely and they make u very welcome and it is very clean all the staff is lovely but JANE AND LORRAINE AND SHERRIE are very lovely definitely recommend very good for ur money u can't go any where else to get cheap rooms
Very clean, welcoming, comfortable beds, friendly and approachable staff especially Nadine and Jane would recommend
Front staff Jane & Nadine were very polite and helpful.
Help me check in with no delay and just all around great service.
The room was tidy and is one of the nicest days inn that I have stayed in.
I didn't actually stay at the hotel but when my car broke down at the services Tarlek, the receptionist was so lovely.
He checked if there was a room available if I needed one, he helped me sort out the parking for my car and was just generally kind and very polite.
In the end I was able to make my way home but I I almost wished I was staying.
Days Inn are very lucky to have an employee like Tarlek and I hope he is as valued by his employers as he was by me that evening.
Thank you.
Excellent customer service from Lorraine. Very helpful. Helped me when I had flat tyres.
Absolutely legend. Credit to the company
Very lovely staff and polite and friendly the most comfortable place I ever been in my whole life I would definitely recommend the rooms are clean and the cleaners are very lovely
Very helpful & polite check in staff member (Tarlek) very reasonable priced room, clean tidy, tea &coffee making facilities clean shower & toilet nice sized double bed, comfortable room Temperature
Very good value for the price paid. Room was spacey clean with lots of desk/table space and comfy bed. Parking was £5 if not bookee direct with hotel
Exhausted, I arrived at Leicester Forest East northbound on the M1, and checked in at the reception desk, who could not have been more helpful. The room rate was under £50. Comfortable room with a good bed, adequate TV and wifi, and the shops and restaurants as you would expect next door in the services. The price included parking.
Impressed.
Excellent service by tarlkk he was very helpful and made are stay super easy for us very satisfied and even told us to use the app where we save money on the parking very good member of staff lovely stay very clean bath and lovely bed
The rooms are clean and comfortable. You register your vehicle at reception for overnight parking. We always stay at Leicester forest when travelling down country. The staff are excellent nice service area.
I have stayed here many times and the staff stand out. They are absolutely great.
The rooms are spacious with comfy beds and although becoming a little bit dated, are value for money when considering the rates.
Also, if you book directly, instead of going through a booking site, you get free parking saving £5 per day.
When you book,it says the room has a smart TV, however, not all rooms have one and can be hit or miss. I believe this should be rectified
Every year I have a few weekends in Leicester and the Days Inn is just perfectly placed plus staff is friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. What more can you want!
Needed a room for an overnight very last minute. Usually use Premier Inn but the cost was prohibitive saw this room for less than half. Very happy. Just the job when you need a no frills room just to sleep over night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well Done Days Inn
What a little Gem of a place. We stopped Saturday night, £96.00 cheaper than nearest Travelodge.
Check in was smooth and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The people on reception ( Sherrie and Tarlek) were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and a great hospitality tray. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back x
Lovely receptionist Tarlek was very friendly and accommodating. Good location however the rooms are slightly dated .
Breakfast was taken at 'The Good Breakfast'. A complete waste of money. There was NO choice- full English with tea or coffee or literally nothing. The food was dried out & lukewarm. No bread, toast or fried bread unless paid for separately. Guests queue at the shop counter along with passing buyers. The seating area was grubby with dirty dishes strewn around. Disgusting. The twin room, pre-booked was accessible so spacious & clean although the bath panel was shabby. Beds were comfortable enough. Tea & coffee making facilities were fine but little or no useful information in the room. Also it was on the ground floor presumably for ease of access but overlooked the car park so visitors were smoking at tables directly outside & it was too noisy at times to open the window, hence the room became stuffy. A fan was supplied to blow the air around. Some staff were polite & friendly, but not all. The Welcome Break toilets are temporarily sited in the car park making vehicular access in & out awkward.
Great stay and good value for money. The hotel was clean and tidy but somewhat dated, all the staff are polite and friendly.
Stayed at the weekend for night out with friends. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. For the price paid could not fault it.
