Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, and the property itself looks very nice, inviting, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed how pleasant and clean the entire environment smelled. Additionally, the hotel attendant was absolutely awesome and provided fantastic service throughout our stay.

Cons:

Upon arriving, our first impression of the room was positive, as it was well-decorated and appeared clean. However, we quickly noticed several significant housekeeping issues in the bathroom. There were used bars of soap left on both the sink and in the shower, hair on the shower wall from a previous guest, and the floor did not appear to have been mopped. Additionally, the room remained uncomfortably humid despite having the air conditioning running. Later in the evening, we experienced noise disruption from guests playing cards in the lobby. Fortunately, the front desk attendant addressed the issue promptly after we complained, and the guests moved.

Very nasty hotel. It was bad enough I couldn’t stay I had to go buy another hotel. They wouldn’t give refund or take any money off the stay. It was an absolute horrible experience. I don’t know how the building is still open.

Not worth it!
Pros:

Arrived on the property I was immediately approached by other patrons with complaints of bedbugs and shortage of linens. I proceeded to check in anyway. I was informed that there were no housekeepers on duty. Upon entering my room we only had two towels to bathe with. The tv didn’t work the shower was dirty. I definitely would not recommend staying here please avoid at all costs.

Horrifying experience
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The rooms look dirty. Sinks clogged, the bed is not dressed as they should be. They won’t give additional linen if you ask because he said they don’t have any. The front desk gentleman blamed me for a leak two hours after I checked in. And charged my card additional charge of $200 for “damages”. When $100 for damages was put on hold upon check in. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I guess it was my fault that drain is clogged n not allowing the water to go down as it should.

Cons:

After having the altercation about a clog I didn’t do, I left the day next n took my belongings because I didn’t feel safe to leave my valuables. I did leave the gray linen I bought to dress the bed n feel clean to sleep for the night. When I returned after my outing the sheets I left were gone. Confronted the same gentleman and got nowhere so I called the police. The officer said he is often called to this location because apparently it is legal to steal customers belongs n money if you are a cooperate. If you read the reviews from google I was not the first victim n far from the last since they face no consequences for their actions. I called booking n explained everything that happened hoping they would take the establishment off their site.
