Location was convenient off of I-77
Booked a king room and was a queen. Rooms are rundown, have leaks, broken items (mirror and facet), shower didn't stay hot. Lack of outlets was upsetting

The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean.
I booked a handicapp room and had to move furniture around a bit to get my wheelchair thru the room. The shower was not handicapp accessible and a shower chair was not offered.
Staff was nice and friendly.
The floor was weak and I had to walk across it to get to the bathroom. I thought the floor would collapse. Top floor children were running wild.

This place is beyond disgusting. The floor is spongey and uneven. We did not use the tub or shower due to the condition of the floor around it. It is so water damaged. There is leakage between the tub and toilet. The sink is cracked and the mirror broken and taped together. There is a major leak under the sink which caused my husband to be standing in water while trying to use it. The furniture is shabby. And the bedsheets are dirty with black specks and black hair! The sheets were obviously not changed! We napped in our clothes on top of the sheet and I pray we did not catch anything!! As of 3:30 AM we packed up and left. We found no one after check in to report this to. We should have never stayed and requested a refund. I will be reporting this. Katrina Gillin

Everything was very dirty looking the towels in bed sheets look like they had it been cleaned in weeks there were cigarette burn holes in the bed.
