Pros:

Al was great, except blasting Russian pop music at the swimming pool and the beach was not cool. I understand that you cater to the majority, but this is quite inconsiderate to non Russian guests.

Pros:

The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that house keeping left me, rose petals on the bed. I am very happy and will be back

Pros:

Everything was fine; it was our second visit to your hotel, and hopefully, we’ll be back next year. The only complaint I have is that the room controls are in a dangerous location- I banged my head twice on the lighting fixture above my head trying to adjust the lighting, and one time, the bulbs fell out and broke- almost on my head

The people are amazing Raja on housekeeping Marc in the restaurant and all the staff are so happy and helpful all the time. If anything goes wrong they are there to help and fix it immediately. No request is too big or small

Comfortable family stay
Pros:

Comfortable rooms with plenty of space, much larger than we expected. We had an adjoining room with our two teenage children. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was really useful. Breakfast had a really good selection to cater for every taste.

I loved the vibe of the place I would definitely go back. This app gave us the best prices compared to what the hotel was charging and we got an upgrade when we got there. The hotel itself is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay I wish I didn’t have to leave. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there both local and international.

Simply the overall quality of everything!!! It was a beautiful place to stay.

The hi tech in the room. It was too much and difficult to get used to. Certainly using the key to turn on the electricity is a good and excellent idea. Using a screen with multiple functions I and my companion a maze of many functions. Simple switches for the lights and a small screen for the air conditioning. Simpler and less confusing.
