Overall the hotel was average.
The hotel and rooms need updating but we did sleep well with comfortable bed and pillows.
The food was okay but we felt it was very repetitive and not enough selection.
Everything is winthin walking distances there's so much to explore.
I would highly recommended hiring a buggy for the whole day. We explored 4 of the best beaches on the island.
Overall we have had an amazing holiday and will definitely be coming back to Cyrpus 🏝

Prior to coming, I was concerned by some of the poor reviews. Having spent a week here I concur with some but not all. It is well situated in easy walking distance of nice beaches, bars and tourist shopping. As for the property I would rate it as 3 stars at a push. Yes it has facilities BUT quality of build and particularly maintenance/cleaning make it look tatty and as others have remarked, tired. Money spent in the right areas would easily improve it. My wife and I thought the food was decent and we always found something we liked but again some aspects are cheap, like chicken nuggets, fish fingers and battered fish which is for the kids, is of poor quality and practically in edible. Most of the staff are pleasant and I single out Saskia in the restaurant for being a great host and politely correcting and improving my Greek.
Finally on a serious H&S note, the hotel safety and security is wanting. No proper fire doors and what they have are propped open and storing of fold up beds and old mattresses on fire escape stairways. As for security, in room safes are not bolted to anything so effectively useless and external fire doors are propped open as convenient entry points for the staff.
Would we return, probably not.

I am writing this review regarding my stay at the Anastasia Hotel in Paralimni. Unfortunately, I found the level of cleanliness well below expectations, which made the experience quite disappointing. I also feel the management is charging guests high prices that do not reflect the quality provided. While the hotel is listed as 4 stars, based on my experience, I would rate it closer to 2. I encourage management to review both their standards of hygiene and the value they offer, as these are essential for ensuring guests have a stay worthy of the advertised rating

Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos.
Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel.
Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. Maybe it would be better for such workers to be at home with angry faces? Such employees reduce the level of the hotel.

The hotel requires some improvement in many areas although I recognise that it is value for money particularly that it is all inclusive and costs need to be kept down.
Serivice from staff- staff not very friendly including reception.
Restaurant staff really not very experienced or friendly.
Drinks and plates taken before finish eating.
Order required in the restaurants as too busy and chaotic.
No seats for people at breakfast one day and guests were eating breakfast standing up.
Hotel management could have directed them to the other restaurant that was closed or at least bring chairs in for poeple.
Food fair for the price bit chaotic in thec estaurant.
Not enogh coffee cups every morning and not enough coffee machines.
No enterianment over the 5 days which was a shame and nothing to do for kids in the evening.A pool table or table tennis would be good.
Rooms-Beds were new however sheets did not fit well on beds and ended up on matress by end of the night!This would impact cleanliness.
No sheet to cover ourselves but a light duvet instead.
Wardrobe door fell off which was dangerous and did not get fixed during our stay.
Towels not changed every day but got new ones when asked for them.Only one towel each.
Check in was 1 hr late as room not ready.
Rooms not cleaned very well with cups and plates left in room.
Tea and coffee not topped up over 4 days.
Drinks machines at bars not always working.
Water from the bars sometimes had a bad taste with a smell of chemicals although

Really bad food

Food was good, location good, hotel good. Just wasn't very clean. Got to our room and glasses and stuff were dirty. We asked 3 times for new bed sheets as they just didn't do it for 3 days in a row? For whatever reason. We requested clean ones at reception and the cleaners simply made our bed, left all dirty towels and bed sheets on

Room wasn't ready for my arrival but Kuna (hotel manager) was very prompt in making sure room received a deep clean after I had returned from beach walk which is 5mins from the hotel

Please please reconsider before choosing this hotel.
Overall staff are polite and helpful and made us feel welcomed.
On entering our hotel room we immediately noticed that the room was poor in condition.
We reported to reception staff that there was visible blood stains to the bed sheets which was rectified and a timely manner but not before leaving an awful taste in our mouth. Rooms are outdated as is the hotel in general. There was paint to many of the fixtures. This hotel will not see me again

The hotel location is great, the staff are lovely. The rooms were okay, need updating. However we had an issue with ants in our room.

The bedsheets are really poor and the room is not properly cleaned. The facilities are not good. And the food, at lunch, is subpar.

This hotel has so much potential but is very ran down . Inside the hotel is filthy corridors wasn’t hoovered once since the day I got there and looked like it hadn’t been done for months . Rooms were filthy to the point I had to ask for a cleaner to come clean room when arrived and friends found old dirty clothes left in the room under the bed .
Everywhere just needed money spent on it .
Outside area was not so bad , pool needed cleaning but was useable , food was ok but started to get repetitive after a few days mainly lunch and snack bar was same food !
So… staff was probably only two friendly staff members at the hotel . Was harassed by management 3 x times due to my partner’s medical condition which we had a special permit for from the government of Cyprus but they kept telling us it not good enough and tried to discriminate against it asking to search the room ect .
Also found that the hotel treat different ethnicities different . As a biracial couple and also friends the same we were treated not great by the staff . Would serve people before us even though they could see we was in the Que first . Our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days(yet the cleaner was on our floor everyday ) and had to ask for it to be done and then still no cleans towels ect. In restaurant in the hotel we was approached rudely by staff for no reason . After all this it was ok but really needs money put into the hotel to make it a 4 star. !!

The hotel needs a massive refurbishment and not the cleanest of hotels. The carpets everywhere were filthy. It was not to the standard of a 4star hotel at all. During our stay only one small lift was working. Pool area was ok but very loud music which was repetitive every day. Breakfast was ok.

Çevreden çok ses geliyordu bu nedenle rahatsız ediciydi. Çalıṣanlar gûler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otel temiz, yemekler çeṣitli ve lezzetliydi. Ses geçirmez odaların olması kaliteyi artıracaktır.

Fantastisk sted. Vi valgte det pga vandlandet og havde en fest.

We have had the most amazing holiday that we even extended our stay longer, I would suggest you make your own mind up before reading the negative comments.
The hotel is spotless the staff are fab and the food is what is expected from an all inclusive.
Honestly the hotel can not do enough for you.

It is difficult to move around the grounds as they aeem more concerned with access to the waterpark than guest convenience
Outside bar areas in the evening would have been nice the bar in the reception was not relaxing

The servers were and thats it this is an awful dirty hotel that needs updating it smelt musty the room walls dirty the bathroom was rusted the floor was filthy. We changed rooms twice nasty and definately not a 4star OAG NEEDS TO REVIEW THIS PLACE nothing worked not even rhe room phone

I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience.
Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good!
Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good.
The bartenders were kept busy and were not tipped as much as they deserved.
Very walkable on both sides with the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Walking a little way down the boardwalk you will find nicer beaches.
